I think this is a suggestion that we are going to invest in attacking and midfield areas rather then defence this transfer market?

Possibly we will look at players that have shined in the euro's and the olympics like:Alan Dzagoev,Gabriel Salassi,Lewandowski,Cabaye,Debuschy

Also think our main targets are :Hulk,Falcao(if Torres fires blanks again),Azpilcuetta

I think we should get:Debuchy,M'Villa,Hulk,Falcao and Dzagoev as he is available for a free.

The big question is what will RDM's transfer budget be personally i think he isn't going to have a big say in big money signings like Hulk. {Ed018's Note - he will have input, but there isnt just one person who says this is who we are signing and thats that. and don't worry about a so called transfer budget they will strengthen the squad as they see fit}

We don't need m'Vila as mikel is good enough as he proved under RDM so he wont look to replace him, falcao won't come because Torres has been promied first team football because of that scranny he threw, dzagoev is only being mentioned because you've seen him score against Czech and Poland... Debuchy would be good and Hulk, would like to see Modric come too as he is fantastic

watching moutinho if we are linked with him i dont think its such a wise move he doesnt look amazing to be honest very loose passes

however he would make an excellent rugby player the way he threw himself at varela when he scored

Chelsea have a strong enough side as it is and with the extra transfers that our coming in, he is not needed! He aint a goal scorer and he dosent provide many assists either! Since 2004/5 hes only scored 24 goals in his league do you really think 30million is goona be spent wisely?

Hi ed they defiantly don't pay you enough to deal with some on the stupid questions asked i was wondering you said a while back that even if we get hulk and a right back there could still be some more players coming in . Will these be youth players or are we looking to strengthen other positions if so what positions .

What player would you like Chelsea to Sign and Why? {Ed002's Note - Azpilicueta as I think he is the best RB available.}

Really? Who exactly are the RBs that are available? VDW? Periera? Kyle Walker?

Not too sure we will sign a rb could see Ivan in that role or even luiz.

ED002 is there any interest in Sebastian giovinco? I know a couple of months ago his agent was playing up a deal, but it could simply be speculation {Ed002's Note - D’Amico talks a good story and interest in Giovinco from Chelsea and other clubs is being overplayed, but if he is made available by joint owners Juventus and Parma that may change. Wolfsburg, Inter and Roma have certainly shown some interest and Napoli have been impressed by his recent performances and he may be offered up as part of a deal for Cavani.}

Surely a player can sign a contract that would take effect as of the 1st of July? Isn't that what hazard has done and many a player before, cech, robben etc {Ed002's Note - No.}

Actually they (effectively) can and often do. It is a separate contract binding them to sign at a future date on pain of a financial penalty (usually huge) and is fully enforceable in law. Whether that's happened or not, I've no idea.

Why would a club allow a player under contract at another club hold interviews about being delighted to sign for that club even though they haven't yet and have pictures holding that clubs shirt even though they have nothing to do with the club before the 1st of July? Aka Hazard, so for example Real Madrid can offer lille more money and offer hazard more money and he can still sign for them? {Ed002's Note - The transfer is agreed but cannot be processed until after July 1 when Hazard will sign, his contract transferred and payments completed. UNtil then there remains a small chance that something could screw it up - but it won't be a club offering more money that does it. Clubs are above that.}

Just shows ed that people don't know what the July and January transfer window is for.

Ed - do you think Chelsea could possibly sign Hulk, Hazard (already comfirmed) and Falcao/Cavani in the summer, or will Falcao/Cavani be out of contention if Hulk signs,

Also who do you prefer, Falcao Or Cavani ? {Ed002's Note - There are no dependencies with these players and Hulk.}
