Having seen some of the young talented Chelsea have the youth setup, the outlook can only be good. I've seen posts on this site and others talking about a young lad from Notts County - Luca Hardy, watched him play a few times and would say he is the sort young talent that any of the top clubs in the premiership would welcome. The most natural player I have seen for a long time. Both feet stronge picks a pass dead ball head, makes time and space where there is none.

I have read this rumour various times all from "different" people, however the spelling of "stronge" (strong) is the same on ALL the different posters..oops !

Ed - Do you think Chelsea will sign another striker {Ed002's Note - One day, yes.}

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Today's transfer speculation. Jonathan walters is reportedly a target for chelsea. He's already scored more goals for Chelsea than Torres and he's not bad at the other end either

ed is right that willian has failed to show up to training! do you think we be after himkevinCFC {Ed002's Note - Chelsea, Manchester City, Spurs and Juventus have all shown an interest in Willian. Last January Chelsea backed off from buying the player as Shakhtar were looking for 35M euros for the player - the same figure that scared off Spurs in the summer. Willian's situation is getting complicated and Shakhtar are still looking for 35M euros for the player - although are very unlikely to get it - and are actively trying to get Juventus and Chelsea involved in some sort of deal whilst the player has failed to return to training. At best he will be expensive and perhaps Zaha is a more viable solution for Spurs. Liverpool has not shown any interest in the player.}

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Do you reckon Chelsea will make another move for him ed? Or have we giving up due to shakhtar demanding to much!

I think he just realised that chelsea are no good

Are we interested in M'Bia of QPR ED02? {Ed002's Note - I suspect someone has confused him with Mbiwa.}

Believable0 Unbelievable5

Yes Yanga Mbiwa i meant ED? {Ed002's Note - Mbiwa had been of serious interest to AC Milan, Lille and Fenerbahce but having signed a new deal at Montpellier they will not be looking to sell in January unless a significant offer were made and Montpellier may then look to start an auction. The summer may see further interest from Milan and both Chelsea and Arsenal may bid for Mbiwa.}

Ed do Chelsea have any interest in aspas or song
Cheers {Ed002's Note - Swansea, Maritimo, Watford and Reading have shown an interest in Celta Vigo's Iago Aspas over recent months and Swansea have carried over their summer interest and are pushing for a January move still. The player is by all accounts not for sale in January and I am not aware of interest from Chelsea. I know not of interest in Song - Alex or Rigobert.}

ED002 over on the liverpool page i saw you say That we may have held talks regarding Torres with another team can you tell us who? {Ed002's Note - Atletico Madrid.}

Believable4 Unbelievable1

We trying to force anything for January or given up and talks now regarding the summer
Matt {Ed002's Note - Force what? I have no idea what you mean.}

Agree1 Disagree0

Sorry, I mean as athletico might be interested in Torres are we going to try get something done regarding torres and falcao in January or are talks only regarding something happening in the summer
Matt {Ed002's Note - Don't necessarily try and relate the two things. There is no dependency.}

Agree0 Disagree0

More wishful think than anything ed lol thank you for replying {Ed002's Note - It might be an option for the summer and AM are looking for a replacement for Falcao.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I really hope a deal is sorted out with both parties, falcao and torres.

Hopefully there is good relations between the two seeing as we have loaned them one of the most promising keepers in the world for the last 2 seasons, maybe they should remember then when they sell falcao and want torres ;)

Hopefully it will all work out in our favour!

Ed when you said that Chelsea believe that City won't move for Falcao because they believe that a manager they are targeting will want to be part of such a big decision was you referring to guardiola? {Ed002's Note - Whoever the manager is, Guardiola, Conte etc..}

Believable1 Unbelievable1

So are we interested in Conte ed? I think he's a great manager personally

WelshBlue {Ed002's Note - That post was not about Chelsea.}

Someone's steeling my name ffs!!!(and to prove it I was previously known as ChelseaL)
The real WelshBlue {Ed002's Note - I thought it was a cheese.}

13 Jan 2013 01:58:10
Ed is it true that Chelsea are going to offer guardiola a contract that will make him the highest payed manager in the world? {Ed002's Note - I would think so.}

Better not. Another waste of money apparently. If he comes, he wouldn't be here long anyway. Being a Barcelona coach is nothing more than a ceremonial head.
Bas!cs.

Agree0 Disagree1

Agree 100%, he has lived off Van Gaal and Rijkaard's success. He won't change much and we would be lumbered with him for a long time or end up having to pay him off. Rafa is doing a good job for us, got the team looking good again but my only criticism is the use of Torres when he clearly isnt producing, no need to make excuses up for him. The ideal outcome should Rafa leave in the summer would be the return of Jose Mourinho. It would fire the fans up and the team. Scott M.

Agree0 Disagree1

If Chelsea were going to make him the highest paid manager in the world do you think they will offer him more control of the club then other previous manager's ED? {Ed002's Note - No manager, anywhere in the world, would be given control of a club. His responsibilities would simply be the first team footballing side of things.}

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't see why Roman is going mental for Guardiola. The guy's real flakey and clearly can't take pressure. He took on the foundations laid by Van Gaal and Rijkaard but when things started getting a little tough (ie the resurgence of Jose's Madrid not to mention getting undone by us in the Champions League), he walked away.

Would love to see The Special One return to his spiritual home.

Agree0 Disagree1

If I was manager and had xavi investa villa Albers MESSI puyol I think I'd of win alot to.. And given his only rival was 1 other team I thinks he had it easy.. In England any team can lose to any other team.. Forget pep and bring in an organised manager like Klopp

Ed, who do you think as it stands is Pep Guardiola's most likely future club? {Ed002's Note - Four or five clubs are potentially interested with, I suspect PSG and Chelsea the least likely to be of interest to Guardiola. AC Milan might prove an interesting project for him but having Silvio Berlusconi as an owner may not suit him. The situation at Manchester United will be dependent of whether Sir Alex Ferguson wishes to carry on after the end of the season. If Manchester City decides to part company with Roberto Mancini or if Mancini decides time has come, I would think Guardiola would give any offer of a job at Manchester City consideration. If a job at Arsenal came up, I suspect that could also be something he could consider.}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Why wouldn't he want to come to chelsea? Still hurting after the semi eh

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks like Roman is running out of options.

Apparently Neymar would love to work with Guardiola. So we could hit two birds with one stone. {Ed002's Note - I hear that most of the Darlington team would like to work with Guardiola. Do you have more stones?}

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Haha ed that cracked me up

What are the chances of Atletico Madrid taking Torres on loan this month until they get the funds to buy him in the summer? {Ed002's Note - I would suspect with the likely sale of Adrian to Arsenal they would have the funds available should they wish to strike a deal. I would not know how to quantify the likelihood of a loan-to-buy deal.}

ED do you think Torres plus cash for Falcao is a option for the summer? {Ed002's Note - It may well be an option.}

Ed, if PSG are to make an attempt to appoint either Mourinho or Guardiola, does that mean Ancelotti will definitely be leaving? Thanks if uve time to answer

Badger {Ed002's Note - PSG has looked at the possibilities of other managers and Ancelotti could well leave.}
