Hulk has now said that 'Now could be his time to move to the BPL'. Do you think there could be a possibility that Chelsea will be able to get him, or do you think Manchester City will end up with his signature? 2 seperate reports are now saying we have offered £30 million and Raul Meireles and they are tempted.
Is this true ed? and if so, do you think they will accept.

No bid has been made next week chelsea will offer £24mil + meireles ,and another push will be made for hulk next week very suppised we r going for both dont see why but herd from relible source

Even though Brazil lost,Oscar was the stand out player in the team and in the tournament.He is just the player we need ,a player with the ability to make the right passes and vision.I do not think being a bit light matters that much ,just look at Mata.The prime ability of these players lies in their ability to find space and in their vision not in their strength.For heavy tackling and ball winning purposes we have a defensive midfielder.Also players can press hard as a team and win balls like Barca.By the looks of it Oscar is looking like great buy and will have a big impact on the way we play.

I think he is a fantastic player, brilliant to watch, it really is a shame that his last touch of the tournament will be remembered more than his stand out performances in the other games. But hopefully he will come to Chelsea and show the world what a sensational player he is, i cannot wait to see him in blue!

You must have seen a different game. oscar produced a poor performance and it was cler to see that he will be a total waste of money. he is physically by far not strong enough to make a stand at the premier league.

Omg you obviously a tottenham fan or something because Oscar done all that he could. I personally think that there were only 5 players that played good in the brazil game and that was hulk, Oscar, marcelo, t.silva and somebody else but can't remember who. Most people think that being lightweight means they wont suit the BPL but Oscar always puts him self between the player and the ball so he will either get past the opposition or get fouled.

He didn't have a terrible game or a brilliant one but compared to the other brazil players Rafael romulo Sandro damielo and neymar he looked world class. I don't see how you could say marcelo was bad he was really good attacking wise but got caught out of position a few times but that's only because brazil were losing and he was trying to help out the attack.

If oscar has done all he could in yesterdays final it´s proven that he can not do much. missing out on the very good last minute chance was symbolizing his lack of top class qualitiy - we are talking here about a usd 50 million player!
future will show but i say today that besides maybe neymar and hulk no brasilian player is worth the money that´s been constantly asked for. not even close. they are way overratet. way overprized and finally way overpaid.

News now has confirmation that bid (35mil.) for Cavani has been accepted by Napoli. Now Chelsea is negotiating with Cavani about his salary(150k per week).

Great news if its true, seems to me though that he would just be coming for money after all the comments he's made to the Napoli fans about winning trophies and looking forward to next season with them

The Standard have just said that apparently Chelsea have agreed a £35m fee for Cavani with Napoli. However, Cavani's wage demands of £150pw are the only stumbling block.

If we get those three in, it has been a stunning summer of business for Chelsea. I am a Moses fan, and see him as a very useful squad member. Trust the management and board, all those knocking him - the kid has more to him than Kalou.
Can't see Piazon being loaned out, think he will be slowly introduced to our 1st team this season
I think Meireles will stay, unless Napoli will only do a deal with Cavani if he's involved. I think if we let Meireles go AND McEachran go on loan, the centre of our midfield would be very thin (just Lamps, Mikel, Essien and Romeu - I'm not counting Ramires cause I'm certain he's gonna be almost exclusively used out on the right)
We may, i would have thought, would sign a deeper midfielder if Meireles leaves - I would assume anyway, I wouldnt mind seeing attempts to sign Sahin, He has potential Imo
