Personally, I feel Moyes is the wrong choice for MU. He has won nothing. But that gives us the chance to go for the title next season. All we need is a striker and Fellaini. Proitos

Ill be interested to see how he does. He's somewhat similar to Alex in terms of youth promotion and not allowing player power however he isn't proven at all on the big stage and has never worked with the types of egos he will face at utd. I'm certainly intrigued to say the least.

Bs fellaini Is terrible and I mean terrible in def mid. He looks good because he's scored a few playing the target man. BLUEBOY1

I simply don't understand why any Chelsea fan would want Fellaini. It make me fume. He would cost in excess of £25m and all he really is, is a big brute up front with a decent touch for a big lad!
Agree0

Agree with the other posts. Don't understand the Fellaini hype. He certainly wouldn't fit into our team.

Anyone know of news of Hazards injury v spurs, believed to be a calf reoccurence. Hoping he's fit for our final games.

Physioroom say he will be fit in 2 days. They are generally pretty accurate. {Ed002's Note - They publish information provided by PRs from the clubs and have build sufficient relationships to be able to get regular updates as players return to training. Most clubs (nearly all) are happy to provide such information.}

Victor Moses is a decent enough squad player but shouldn't be considered a first option on the right wing of any side that wants to challenge for League titles and the Champions League.
The right wing is a position that has plagued Chelsea over the past few seasons, Kalou, Sturridge & Moses have all played there to some degree of failure. When Oscar plays there he doesn't really provide much in the way of width and he is much, much better in the middle of the park.
We are set with players who can operate in advanced positions both centrally and on the left (Mata, Hazard, Oscar, De Bruyne & Paizon). The right side of our attacking midfield really is an area that needs to be strengthened in the summer.

That's why we will sign Scurrle so somebody knows what they are doing. but many if you on here don't rate him. would wonder if Mourinho thinks he's any good eds?

I think Hazard will move to the right, Schurlle to the left, Mata and Oscar thru the middle.
Agree0
Disagree0
I was going to add that, although I don't know a great deal about him, I do not think Schurrle is a great signing for us.
I've looked at his style of play and just don't think he suits our game. The links to Arda Turan sound a bit better to me.
Agree0

It's tough because you want a world class player that provides width but there are very few of those guys these days. All the wingers tend to want to cut in and make things happen in the middle of the pitch which clogs things up.

Oscar back playing from deep. Mata central hazard left Wong cutting in. Dow bruyne is actually two footed if people didn't know. And can play any attacking role, he's actually as good with his left foot as he is his right.
Agree0
Disagree0
Isco on the right
Mata in the middle
Hazard on the left
Tearing defences apart for years to come!
Agree0

I'd love Isco but I don't think we'll get him. I think he'll end up at Bayern
Agree0
Disagree0
At last! someone with some vision. totally agree with that line up
Agree0
Disagree0
Dont you guys get the hints on this board. scurrke is practically done. Somebidy has chosen him. if Mourinho is coming back he will want to add power to the team. Be careful what you wish for! Fellaini and schurrle fits tge Mourinho bill. Isco will more likely go to city.
Agree0
Disagree0
Don't remember ed ever saying City were interested? {Ed002's Note - They are.}
Agree0
Disagree0
Isco would be ideal but you may as well put Messi in your lineup. Can't see Isco at Chelsea next season - one of R. Madrid, Bayern Munich or Man City will get him.
I think Man United will get Fellaini now Moyes has gone there.

Ed surely this reported intrest in Rooney is just media bs!
Believable0

It really doesn't look like that. MU will probably bring Ronaldo&Bale. I belive Chelsae will have to buy CM at least 2, one striker. Also Mata might leave to Bayern since Pep is his great admirer that opens possibility to sign players like Robben & DiMaria. Also I am afraid that Mosses & Marin career at Chesae is done. Personaly my targets would be Sweinsteiger, Fabregas or Hamšik 2 of 3.

Victor Moses: Is he good enough for Chelsea? When he was at Wigan, he had moments of great play but since arriving at the Bridge there hasn't been much to shout about - a few goals aside. I appreciate he's new and hasn't had that much actual playing time.
Believable0
Unbelievable0
I think victor would be good striker. But wing no! Yes he's quick but the rest of his game is so poor it's annoying, can't pass, can't cross, can't read a game, can't defend. Worst of all he's lack of understanding his team mates.
Agree0
Disagree0
He would be a dreadful striker. can't read the game, not a natural finisher.
On the other hand I think lukaku will be world class. He's like drogba but has bags of pace. He has the ability to equal drogba.
Agree0
Disagree0
I think people need to get off his back. He struggled to get into the game when he came on last night, but you have to remember he is young, and has been good over the course of this season when he has played. He is a different player to the ones we already have in that position, and is a lot more direct in his game. He is a good squad player and has the potential to improve, plus he counts as home grown. I'm still a firm believer that he was a good signing.
Agree0
Disagree0
He has scored some imprtant goals, but on the whole his overall play is poor. He is not versatile enough (in my opinion) to move around the pitch effectively (when he comes inside he looks lost), his deliveries are poor and he doesn't seem as effective at beating a man as he used to.
Agree0

We got what we wanted. We wanted a replacement for Kalou, we got Kalou vol. 2.
JG

I'd take kalou over Moses every day of the week.

JG & Jordan and the rest of u Moses haters haven't got a clue. It's his first season with us and will come good. Don't judge him yet give the boy time.
Cfcmatt.

I think he provides something different from everyone we have in that position in that he stays wide and tracks back very well. That being said his end product is pretty poor but he's a squad player and he's not going to be a world beater if he's ok with that role.

The only player I ever hated in blue was Bogarde. I'm not fond of Moses contributions to the team at most. That's just it.
JG
Agree0

Moses is doing his job. He is a squad player! When he comes into the side he certainly performs better than Marin or benayoun! He has scored lots of goals in Europe against very respectable sides. He also offers us something different that our other attacking players don't - a bit of width and directness. Lay of his back there are more important issues to worry about
Agree0
Disagree0
I agree that his end product isn't the best but he does offer something different than AM's that always cut inside. He's a good enough squad player and if he works on his crossing could be a good player for us.

Nothing really transfer related, but will 3 points from our last 2 games will see us guaranteed Champs league football? Providing Spurs don't score over 16 goals in 2 games!
Believable0
Unbelievable0
Yes. If we win against Villa then we will be guaranteed a top4 place pretty much.
Agree0

Top4 is not good enough. For automatic qualification you need top3. And i'd be gutted if Arsenal finish above us. That would be just wrong. Not even talking Sp**s here.

ed I have a question.
in 2005 Liverpool won the champions league, and finished fifth.
Everton finished 4th and still qualified for champions league.
why didn't spurs last year? {Ed002's Note - Because they cahnged the rules to adapt for it.}
