I'm gutted that Reece James appears to have got a bad ankle injury. We are not having much luck with our young stars at the moment but I'm sure they will come back stronger.

Reece James was just stretched of with what looks like a serious ankle injury. Didn't look great and he was clearly in a lot of distress. Honestly can't catch a break, really hope it isn't as serious as expected. Really do feel for the lad.

Wouldn't be shocked to see that it's yet another Achilles injury. Regardless, let's hope he recovers soon.

Btw, if the ban is postponed then we need to take a look at William Saliba. St-Etienne are apparently looking for a club to buy him but then loan him back for another season.

That would be excellent for us as we've got enough CBs with Luiz staying and that way he'd get to play lots of minutes. We need to be all over this. Similar to Zouma all those years ago :)

Why not just play Zouma duuuhhh?

We have plenty of young centre backs, if we sign one it should be a potential world class one i. e De Ligt, Romagnoli etc.

Zouma is coming back in my imaginary scenario :)

Next season Rudi, Christensen, Zouma and Luiz. Then season after Saliba could replace Luiz.

If it's true that St. Etienne want to loan him back for a season, we can sign him ban or not - the ban stops us registering players to play not signing players.

Personally id like to see Luiz in midield as back up now. You're forgetting Ampadu as well. Id expect something better from you Jackson sounds like something G8 would say tbh LOL.
