The media have turned CHO's head in my opinion. They have made such a big deal about his lack of playing time when his progress through the ranks has been just at the right pace over the years.
We just haven't been killing games recently to bring him on although now is a perfect time for him to step up for Chelsea. It's just a shame we risk losing him.
Also heard a Benzema rumour lately and can't work out if that's good news?!

Guarantee the only reason Sarri is saying CHO is ready is because Willian and Pedro are out and he's got no one else. If he starts him against Newcastle then I'll believe Sarri actually believes in him.

or maybe he genuienly believes he's now improved his defensive side enough to trust him.

Either he’s improved in the defence phase through training or the club have been in his ear, no doubt.

i doubt the board would tell sarri what to do in terms of team selection its not like he's a player thsy paid 100 mill for.

I and getting sick of the constant Criticism being fired at Chelsea, cheslsra being called foolish for selling CHO and blaming the club for not playing him and saying he is a star in the making. the media didn't mention him 2 months ago and now all these pundits who haven't seen the boy play are huge huge fans, when asked about the future of English football, Mount Foden Maddison etc etc where all named none of these so called experts mention him. Chelsea clearly want him to stay, his getting his chance and is still only 18, we do not want to sell, he doesn't want to stay and wants to leave, we're in a situation where we take £30m or nothing, Chelsea hand is being forced, he is such a talent and I remember one of the Ed's talking about mushonda and few other of the kids and saying Chelsea rate CHO ahead of anyone to come through academy, I want him to stay get his playing time, he should be ahead of Willian and Pedro but not every week, he has a lot to learn still, hating the media making out we're forcing him to leave, Ed's what is the situation. has he said he wants to leave? Has he made his mind up, is there a chance,

I’ve given the reasons on a previous post why I think he will decide to stay and sign a new contract.

I’m more and more convinced that he will stay.

I really hope so Tom. I think he can be our long term replacement for Hazard.

I didn’t realise the media were making us out to try sell him. fact is he was our best player in preseason and saw the pitch once or twice before the fans/ media started asking why we weren’t playing him. Willian and Pedro were not setting the world alight, that’s why the media and fans have spoken.

It’s much more difficult for Foden because he has Silva Silva and De Bruyne to try get ahead of.

Refreshing hearing sarris interview saying Hudson Odoi is level with Willian and Pedro now and Ampadu can be the replacement for Cahill.

Hopefully he’s more than that and covers DM too, , Cahill has seen the pitch once!

Hey everyone. In case you didn't already know, there's a short VICE documentary on YouTube, about Christian Pulisic. It's not long, but it gives a pretty good depiction of who he is and his upbringing, as Ed001 already said, he really seems like a good guy with a good head on his shoulders. I highly recommend taking a bit of time of your schedules and watch it.

i no 1 of the edds recently also stated he's a really good kid for a 20 year old or what ever he is he's suppose to be very mature and down to earth.

anyone seen Morata first goal against Forest. anyone. notice Fabregas have a go at him for not celebrating or smiling. Proper had a go. brilliant. fair play. Morata is literally a child.

The bloke is human, and can no doubt read what's being said about him on social media etc.

You'd have a pain in your backside too if people constantly abused you.

There's nowhere in the rules saying that you have to celebrate either.

Against Southampton, in my opinion, he had a good game, not one poster gave him a compliment. I guess I can understand that, as one swallow doesn’t make a summer.

Fans around me when he is on the team start the how many times is he going to be offside, how many times will he fall over.

To a certain extent I can I understand it but he must be able to feel how a certain section of fans feel about him.

He has got to man-up and prove to the fans and himself he is better than we are seeing at the moment.

dihanio. he is also a professional footballer . and with that u are going to get stick off fans, press and others . he's needs to learn to. deal with it . part and parcel I'm sorry to say.
scoring a goal and celebrating says it all.

I was at the Southampton game and I don’t think you can say he had a good game. Head was down, gave the ball away quite a lot, he did make some good runs and was unlucky with the offside goal but he’s still some way off what he was when he first joined.

100% Tom.

The game has changed so much over the years.
Agents have far to much to say and earn stupid amounts, only worry about how much they are pocketing and not the best interests of. their players.
The game is becoming and soon will be a none contact sport haha.

TomB you are wrong I said that he had a alright game, at least it seemes like he was really trying. Though our other players were below par, and southampton came only to defend.

Why all this talk about getting an immediate replacement for fabregas when we already have one (David Luiz) I mean he has played there before under Benitez and it worked wonders for Torres maybe it could work for Morata we have enough cover for defence ie: Ampadu, Christensen. We could even put Azpilicueta in central defence he is that versatile.

I would like to see Luiz in midfield, he's quick, excellent shot over a packed defence and better passer than he is given credit for and taking him out of the back would hopefully reduced the risk of a booking, penalty or sending off when the red mist descends. Unfortunately there are few here that see him in that position. We need a midfield general and once again I am one of the few who does not see Jorghino as anything other than ordinary. He's had over 2000+ touches this season and not one assist and that is a huge problem we must address; the forwards needs service and on Saturday we saw the value we have with Hudson-Odoi's crossing, now we need to produce "Fabregas style' weighted passes from the middle.

Amapdu was excellent in midfield vs. Forrest. He is more than capable of deputising for Jorginho during the rest of the season.

2000+ touches and no assists, I actually see this as Jorginho performing a selfless role for the club, it isn't his role to be creative. I can see why fans are frustrated when the club clearly lack goals, but the question should be who is he laying the ball off to? Barkley? Willian? Pedro? Kovacic? None of these players have been creative this season and as many have pointed out, Hazard can't do it on his own.

I think Loftus-Cheek offers more creativity than both Barkley and Kovacic, although Kovacic is currently a better all round player and as such will currently be favoured against bigger teams - Barkely finds himself back in a battle to get in the side. You also have to hope that Pulisic will be better, and more dynamic, than both Willian and Pedro. But that's for next season, the biggest signing we could make this window will be to get Hudson-Odoi to sign a new contract. If he can show half of the creativity he showed against Forrest in the Premier League then we will have much more going forward in the second half of the season.

Not David Luiz, why fix something that isn’t broke? Just promote Ampadu straight into back up. Simple. Easily good enough on any stage.

J, you're one of the few who seem to get what Jorginho is to the side. A player who starts the a passage of play, and dictates from the field.

People only want him out, cos they believe Kante should be in there. However, we have already seen we've gotten 3 times the amount of goals, plus the same amounts of assist from Kante now, then we had in the whole of last season.

Happy Birthday to Eden Hazard who turns 28 today. Hopefully he continues to thrill wearing the colours of 'blue.

Hopefully RM don't see him as their perfect investment and go for someone younger. Hazard may aswel sign the new contract and commit his future to the club.

So Real Madrid have lost 6 games and drew 3 from there 19 games. Dropped points in almost 50% of their games and yet are 5 points off second position.

Premier League is head and shoulders the best league in the world. It will now be vindicated in the champions league I believe.

Couldn't it also be the case that La Liga has a lot of teams of a very high standard and they all take points off each other? The Premiership has 6 competitive teams with the other 14 playing for 7th place!
