Five of Man City's sub bench would be guaranteed starters in our team. We have fell a long way.
We need 6 new first team starters next season, Hazard needs to go as well as Pedro, Fab.

We might well sign six players next year and I hope they all have the ability to be “starters”
It will be interesting, as always, to see who signs and who leaves!

There should be a massive clear out of players in the summer. Fab, Pedro, Moses, Drinkwater, Cahill, Bakayoko (on loan most likely) and Alonso. Then we have the issue with Hazard and Courtois likely wanting to leave as well. That's basically 75% of our squad. My issue isn't really about the likes of Hazard and Courtois moving anymore, it's more of trusting the board to get better or good enough replacements. The board are good at moving players along for a good fee but are shocking at getting quality players in. I'm interested as to how our summer will go but i'm definitely not optimistic.

Tomo small problem with your assumption is that the 5 players who were on the bench for city against us are also guaranteed starters for them just being rested for Liverpool game.
