Ashley Cole shouldn't be starting in the first place. He's been poor this season so far. Rather give Bertrand a chance.

Mata needs to work harder or I can see him being sold in January. Mou loves fast counter-attacking players and he's not! Though worldclass, he doesn't just suit Mou's system.

Isco ain't coming. Oscar, Hazard, Willian, Schurlle, De Bruyne are enough attacking options IMO. Get a solid central midfield and move Essien and Mikel on.

thanks for the amazing work you have been doing and great to have u back! I was just wondering what happened to De Rossi move over the summer? I know chelsea weren't the only club interested but I remember one of the eds said they were pretty sure he was going to move elsewhere but obviously never did? {Ed002's Note - He was expected to move over the summer but decided not to.}
