Hazard has really performed this WC, think Sarri ( if ever ) has to set this team up around him rather than rely on him. Because when his head drops his a nightmare, and when he doesn't perform 9/ 10 other players don't step up and focus is on him. Let's add that quality to help him out,

Wait, Hazard is performing world class in big games? I thought that never happened? I thought he was overrated and needed to be sold? Not near the quality of Neymar!

Joking of course, he’s always had the ability and talent just hasn’t been in the side to match that and also hasn’t been in an attacking side.

If Ronaldo goes to juventus then surely hazard will be approached by Madrid, so I’d say there’s a high chance of him not being at Chelsea next season. Obviously I hope this doesn’t happen but I’d say it would have to be a world record fee.

NW I think they're mostly focused on Mbappe. According to most reporters there's been no interest since ZZ left Madrid.

I expect Hazard to be at Chelsea next season, if he does move on then his WC performances are making his, already high, cost rise and rise; but I don't actually see Hazard going to Madrid.

Reading between the lines the clubs (Madrid's) disinterest in signing him was one of the catalysts to Zidane leaving. The club really want to focus on promoting Asensio over a new signing, but if they do look to replace Ronaldo then I see them pushing for Neymar.

Having said all of that I do think, and Hazard has admitted himself, that he underperformed in big games last season. When happy and focused he is almost unplayable, he obviously wasn't happy under Conte last season. Sarri (maybe, possibly, probably) coming in next season and bringing a new brand of attacking football will go a long way to keeping him happy. As far as keeping him focused, the captains armband certainly suits him for the national side, maybe he should be made club captain for us too, is that the next stage of his Chelsea career?

we should get Dybala to KEEP hazard, add quality, show him we are serious and want to play football that’s going to get him the top awards.

Watching Belgium tonight and knowing we had De Bruyne and Lukaku on our books, it really is such a shame the way we let them go. Hazard, De Bruyne and Lukaku would be some force had we kept them all.

We really have let some gems go, let's hope Ruben Loftus Cheek isn't the next one.

showing no trust in their abilities mate. They had the quality but we bought rubbish players in their position and let them rot on the bench or reserves. The chelsea Classic.
