If I had to describe the way I feel right now after yesterday's loss this fan on 100% Chelsea sums it up perfectly! I don't want Jose to be sacked, what's the point? But he HAS to realise some players just aren't putting the effort in!

Ivanovic, Fabregas.get them gone! People slating Willian on here, he's one of the only players who actually looks like he cares this season. Time for Loftus-Cheek to become a permenant fixture in our side!

I want to see a change to our public image and attitude.

Chelsea nick spot on, on all counts. I would like to see four to five players under 23 in he team regularly before the end of may.
We can get out of this mess and jm is the man to achieve that. The club need to reign in some of the players. They are quick enough to take win bonuses. Shame there is no fining system for under achieving. Funny how losing money focuses the mind or improves the performancies

Maybe Jose should see, this stand off tactic of his, doesn't suit our players. Maybe he should change his tactics to suit his squad. And stop being a stubourn old sod. It's funny since the loss to Spurs last year, he changed to sit back everyone track back football. Funny that since then we've struggled. Also funny how Costa hasn't managed to score even anywhere near he was before this terrible tactic of joses. If he can't start playing quick attacking football to suit our players, send him packing. We've lost too many awesome players because of his arrogant ways.

Blueboy, actually today I was thinking the same. If not JM we would still have KDB and Mata

I do think part of the issue has been the fact that Jose hasn't dropped Ivanovic or Fabregas. Whilst everyone has struggled to hit top form, imagine if you're Terry or Matic or even Hazard and you see JM leaving you out the side whilst he persists with Iva and Fab. It's got to effect you mentally knowing that you're playing alongside/being kept out of the side, by players who are largely responsible for 90% of goals conceded. And just like we're questioning JM's decisions, the players are likely doing so too.

I don't want JM to leave but I do feel that he will start to lose the dressing room if he doesn't drop Iva and Fab for a few weeks. Who knows, maybe it won't change anything and we'd still lose the games but unless he does, I don't think we'll see a change in the future.

It's down to tactics that don't suit our players. And a manager who won't change

Nobody did complain last season when the same team and the same tactics got you the gold, but when you don't win its suddenly bad tactics that don't suit the players, JM is doing all the wrong things etc etc. And I do agree to some of his points in his "crazy" post match speech.

Chelsea was superior last season and a well deserved gold beeing the most consistent team in the league and now everyone wanna bring them down, and it has to stop now. Its also a very clear penalty when Falcao gets the yellow card, but the referee is scared of giving it so he puls the card instead. Yes Falcao is looking for the penalty, and maybe he does go down a bit early, but he is first at the ball, the GK is no were near the ball and its a clear contact.

I actually feel bad for JM getting all this when clearly its the players who are not pulling there weight, looks like most players on the pitch doesn't care at all. Hazard, Oscar, Fabregas , Matic , Ivanovic are they even trying? This is a bit to much "blame it on the manager for me". When the whole team looks like they are playing preseason still, its hard. If I was to stop doing my job now, because I don't like the way things are done, I am the one getting sacked, not my boss.

They tried against your Gunners though. This is the problem when you post on another team's site that you don't follow day in day out, you end up typing rubbish a wonder why people are having a go at you. Most Chelsea fans on this site complain since January about the quality of football we finished the 2ND half of the season playing but you wouldn't know that.

Virtually all respected football journalists have said Mourinho must stay, we want him to stay and he had a clear the air talk with senior management after Saturday's game so I am sure everyone said their piece and are aware of any issues he has. Hopefully he will now be ruthless with those he feels have let the club down and pick the team he feels will fight for the club, themselves, him and us. However, I hope he tempers what he says after a game as he really could do, for the time being, avoiding any unnecessary bad press.
