Yeah Totally agree I mean he didn't choose Varane over Pepe for Real Madrid last season, or choosing Van Ginkle over Essein this season.

For all the years you can only mention 2 and in any case the choice of Varane was circumstantial due to loss of form of Pepe and Varane is an exceptional talent. So TSO has developed Van Ginkel by dropping Essien? Really?

I found it funny that you seem to be ignoring your namesake as one of the youngsters Mourinho influenced and developed during his first spell at the club.

I think you are missing the point. Its not about playing young players its about developing them into super stars. Robben was already a star and better than any of our attacking players at that time. Don't forget he was joining Man Utd. Its like buying Draxler and say u have developed him.
