I don't think the team is nearly as effective when you have mazacar because Mata can only play centrally. Oscar can play wide but if we have better wide options than him. When those three are playing they are all over each other because they all want to be central. This is why schurrle and Willian offer a nice option because they stay out wide leaving space centrally. I agree that our midfielder next to rami is holding the team back and our biggest need (it would be striker if we didn't have lukaku).
