In January I'd go with Callum Wilson, then Mitrovic as second option. We won't get icardi or immobile player in jan. And Wilson would be superb second striker next season if we got a big name, Wilson has that knee history but is big strong and rapid.

Just read an ESPN report of Sarri thinking that Chelsea's over 30 policy (giving them one year deal) is making things difficult. I think that policy is good. I don't know if its the Italian in him talking- Sarri seems to like older players a lot. Besides the pace of the EPL being too quick for older players, i feel the club has to build with good young players for the future (Mancity doing a great job at that) . I truly can't understand Sarri pushing for another year for D. Luiz.

I wouldn’t read too much into what he said. what do you expect a manager to say when asked about contractual issues of his players? Even if he doesn’t want them around he won’t come out saying all that instead he would say what he said earlier today. relax! Chelsea will surely replace both Luiz and fabregas come summer transfer window with or without them in the club.

Why not just let D. Luiz and Fabregas leave and replace them with Matthijs De ligt and Frankie De Jong; heard the both of them would like to head to the same club. Any thoughts Ed001?

You know this may seem abit to soon but if Morata and Giroud aren't consistent in front of goal I wouldn't mind trying Hudson-Odoi as the centre forward. I think he suits it more than Hazard as he's taller and makes better runs in behind from what I've seen where as Hazard cuts in. I wouldn't mind seeing a Pedro, CHO and Hazard front three, just a thought. You never know how much money we could save.
