96m loss posted by the club for 18/19 financials. Not pretty, but as they say it's reflective of significant investment and reduction in revenue from no CL footy etc.

Does this significantly influence the club's ability to spend in 19/20? I notice Kovacic is logged in the loss.

I know you don't like fans speculating about money but you've cautioned the Arsenal page a few times about them having to sell in order to buy. I'm thinking Chelsea is still financially very able to spend on the right targets?

Looks like the Moussa Dembele rumours are growing now with Giroud going the other way. I'd be happy with this deal very good young player strong fast and powerful he'd offer a lot more than Michy and Giroud and he's a natural goal scorer. It's really painful watching Michy and Giroud now they don't even contribute.

It's not Werner but Dembele would be a fantastic option of the bench and for rotation. Think it's clear the club see Tammy as undisputed number one and I do also. He's a cracking player and has everything to lead the line and will only improve once we get someone like Sancho alongside him and more chances created from new full backs.

Also if remember rightly dembele can play on the wings?

Don’t think he can mate, well if he does not very well. I’ve seen the news get a lot of negativity on twitter but he’s a lot better than Michy and Giroud and he’d make a big impact off the bench. We can’t even afford to rest Tammy atm because our other two aren’t good enough.
