Really hope we give RDM the job. I wasn't really bothered before when managers were coming and going but when AVB was sacked I upset, due to lack of respect that was given to the man and not having a real chance of changing the team. I was convinced karma was going to come back around and get us, could possible still happen, but I think RDM has done a fantastic job. He got the respect of the player and got everyone playing as a team again. I would be so angry if we got pep guardola ( Excuse spelling) because he isn't a proven manager. Just a average bloke who's inherited a fantastic team. Mourino Is in the past and that's how it should stay. As we know lads, it's never the same the second time round! Sorry for rambling on but I just wanted to voice my opion and this is by far the best place to do it, being full of Chelsea fans with blue blood running through them!

Couldn't even tell you where he is this year, although I know an ed told me earlier in the season. Looked an absolute beast for Barca B last season, hope he develops strongly. Our striker department looks promising for the future. Lukaku, Sturridge, Etock, Feruz. Piazon, Mata, Ramires, McEachran, Chabaloh as midfielders. Luiz, Cahill, Ake, Bertrand as defenders. Courtius, Blackman in goal. Alot of young talent in the ranks.

Hi guys. I saw a post on here the other day about NextGen football. So I looked it up and couldn't get my head around what it's all about. Could someone please take the time to give me a short explainayion. Thank you in advance

Think of it like a Champions League for youth. The players get to travel overseas to play quality youth teams like Ajax, Barcelona etc. Its a competition that is funded by outside sources are as I know it had its first run this year. Provides really good experience for the boys.

Im pretty sure its a tornament for european club youth teams, that is like thw champions league but without having to finish fourth etc
