Great signing Turan! Strong and can unlock defences! Far better than Oscar

{Ed018's Note - he signed?}

Latest rumour is that he has agreed terms with barca. There again that is about the third team today.

Please no. He is 28 and doesn't score goals exactly what we don't need!

I thought he was 31!

{Ed018's Note - no he's 28}

Barcelona cannot sign players before January 2016.

Actually Oscar had much better statistics than Turan.
Personally I never that Oscar will be a better player than Hazard in the future.

Possibly get slaughtered but Oscar is a talented individual and I enjoy watching him 'when' things go his way BUT he is too fragile for the Premiership and on several appearances last season you would not know he was playing.

I think we will see Oscars best season in a chelsea shirt this year. The lad hasn't had a summer off in four years and was well due the rest he is getting this year. I think he is going to come back fresh and all guns blazing. Talk of selling him is ridiculous, he has got what it takes to become one of the top players in world!

There is no doubt that Oscar has to work on his physical ability. If he does he will be great player.
Just remember how Drogba looked like first 3 seasons at Chelsea.

Hi ed there have been some rumours about lacazette possibly becoming avavailable is that true and would we still be interested as Falcao seems likely at the moment. Really hope we don't go for turan.

{Ed002's Note - I have explained the situation with Lacazette.}

Turan is a good player but he's not the player we need his stats are basically the same as Willian's. He's not a goal scoring winger. 13 in 127 for Atletico and 14 in 81 for turkey prove that.

But then again neither is Willian.

01 Jul 2015 17:29:46
Willian would be very unlucky to be the player left out because of his unbelievable work rate BUT as pointed out, he was bought to score goals and with a good shot in both feet he is disappointing in that area. He is also getting a bad habit of putting his foot on the ball and slowing play down.

Ana Ivanovic simply loves London maybe we should try to sign Schwensteiger.

Not sure if that's sarcasm or what?
poor reply

It is not sarcastic at all. The main Chelsea advantage is that Chelsea is a club from London. So I am not wandering that Schwensteiger declined move to Manchester, Fabregas did the same.

Just seen the proposed plans for the expansion of the Bridge. It looks magnificent IMO! What does everyone else think?

Every day I thank god for Roman Abromavich. It absolutely has to happen for the club to maximize its potential. Does anyone know if the Chelsea pitch owners have any say in agreeing this? I personally feel it's time that they put aside their interests and put the clubs interest first.

I don't think they have much say in whether the expansion goes ahead. They've always said they don't want the club to move from the site of Stamford Bridge, because if they did the club would have to operate under a different name unless they came to an agreement, which they tried and failed.

These plans look fantastic, and they are the only real way that the stadium can be expanded to the capacity that the club want. The idea of boarding over the tube tracks behind the MH stand are something which should have been done years ago, because that is a fantastic solution to the problem which fans face on a match day, with such a short walk from the tube station to the stadium, it just make sense.

If these are approved, I just wonder how long it would take to build, and how long before Chelsea would have to move from Stamford Bridge, because like West Ham are doing, I would love a 'Farewell Stamford Bridge' season (as we know it now).
