Thus far the transfer window has been disappointing to put it mildly. We lose Ramires and, it seems Remy - who we under-used (cos not sufficiently rated? ) a while he was here - and go high risk like we did with Falcao by bringing in Pato. Waht other striker back up do we have now, or will someone still be coming in/ promoted from youth team? I am beginning to worry that the rumours about financial constraints facing club may be true. Hopefully if so it will provide opportunities for Loftus-Cheek, Traore and others.
{Ed002's Note - All clubs have financial constraints they must work within and regardless of the desire of fans for the club to simply spend money to placate them the club will have very clear plans and will look to spend money on the right players rather than just anyone.}

Thanks for this ed 002, all your comments much appreciated. I guess that my main concern was losing the striker cover that Remy provided given some doubts about Pato's ability to slot easily into Premier League. Also was wondering whether some clubs more constrained right now than others eg CFC more than Utd or City say. But take your point and thanks for the excellent insights.

Yes, thanks, and those factors include your key point about right players being available (and obviously at cost that isn't ludicrously above the buying club's valuation) .
