Then our team could be this:

Hazard Ganso De Bruyne Mata
Torres Sturridge
Subs: Luiz, Romeu, Mereiles, Ramires, Lukaku, Mceachran, New RW.
Is this team possible or even probably by the end of next Summer Ed?

Ganso really wants a move to Milan, and Hazard really wants a move to RM or Barca, i think it is very unlikely we could land both. And that is a very light weight midfield, it could be very easily overrun.

Luiz came from a league where there are just two quality teams fc porto and benfica. He was playing in benfica team. Portugugese league plays with more technicall skills as opposed to england where you will find physical side of game. In england even mid table and bottom table teams have robust players. Eg heskey at villa, kenwyn jones at sunderland, holt at norwich. In england competition is more tough as you find big strikers than any other league in world. This has lead to downfall of luiz. Moreover he likes going too much forward..and exposes his team. then you have a defensive midfield in mikel who is very slow.all this makes chelsea exposed and we conceeding lot. During jose we had quality of carvalho and genius of makalele, fereria was young that time. That make our defence rock solid. And jose style o fplay was christmas tree and he had expert wingers in robben, duff, swp, kalou that time.

^^ Luiz has both the physical and technical abilities in the EPL, he just needs to be more sensible and less aggressive at times and stop giving away stupid Penalties or Free Kicks.

We were poor again last night, and if we are as bad against Blackburn we will get beaten. I am seriously worried that the scousers are going to give us a dicking. Our defence are playing to far up the pitch, midfield lacks any real quality and are failing to supply Torres with many decent chances. Malouda was awfull again last night and if I had my way would never play for us again.
I feel for AVB as he has inherited this team, we should have started rebuilding three or four seasons back. In my opinion we need several players who can come straight in, not players for the future who may or may not make it like lukaku. I honestly belive we have the right man in AVB but he does not have a good enough squad to work with. We could sack him and bring in who ever and we would still have all the same issues.
Regards Kalou we should just let his contract run out and let him leave on a free.

I agree, we clearly dont have the players to play the way AVB wants, and while i am concerned that AVB is still trying to get the players to do something they cant, i am encouraged that he is bold enough to change a well engrained system in a team full of age and egos.
