I really like the 3-5-2 formation we are now playing with Hazard pushed right up alongside Morata, he is unplayable at times. Also means Fabregas has less defensive responsibility and he thrives in that deeper position with Kante and Drinkwater or Bakayoko alongside him. We are on a roll now with good momentum and having played more games against the other so called top 6 than both the Manc clubs. Improvement still needed in certain areas but that will come. Conte is getting it right again.

What a comeback from Moses. Looked sharp and quick. I thought Kante and Drinkwater covered so much ground and are working towards a very nice partnership. Only criticism, I wish we killed off teams quicker, Swansea were dire and Newcastle average and we should have had the games sewn up after three quarters of the match.

9 dribbles attempted 8 completes, 2 goals and constant threat. Conte has had hazard in such brilliant form. Really got the best out of him,

He is such a special talent, also shout-outs to Moses, Drinkwater and Christensen they were superb as were other players.
On seperate note TomB do you want to take your words back about the worst team which came to the bridge? How bad is Newcastle.

Absolutely NOT. Newcastle had two shots and scored a goal. The Swans could play us all season and not have a worthwhile attack. Imagine having a season ticket to watch that crap every week!
Hazard different gravy today but I do worry that referees in this country don’t protect players like Hazard.
Will be an interesting team selection on Tuesday!

Great performance, even at 1-0 down you always felt it was only a matter of time before we were in front. Hazard incredible again as was cesc. Have to disagree with Moses though, looked very ropey defensively for much of the game but was decent enough going forward, I’ll put that down to being out for a while. Only negative is I feel so nervous when we pass the ball around the back, courtois always puts me on edge when it’s at his feet.

Despite giving us a penalty, the ref was very lenient on Newcastle. The goal we conceded was a shambles at the back, but the reaction to going a goal down was almost worth it as we stepped up at least 2 gears. Overall a good performance but we need to be more clinical in future.
