Sorry but JM didn't play 4231 at Real. That is what you see on your tv as line up before the match, actually he mostly used 41212 with CR7 and Benzema as strikes. JM likes to play with wiWB. Khedira on the pitch played as RM sometimes DiMaria when Modric played AM. Watch their games more carefuly. Sometimes he played 42121 which actually 433.

Id like to think that against hull Oscar and de bruyne could be enough to defend and star moves of at the back, and I love Lampard his an absolute legend but I personally would play other instead of him,

Cahill or Terry intead of Luiz at CB.
Push Luiz up with Oscar in CDM, Push KDB up in Mid with mata and hazard. Schurrle on the bench as sub for hazard or KDB and rotating them all for the rest of the season.

Bayer Lev. for last two seasons played 442, with Stefan Kiesling and Andre Schurrle as strikers. I have seen at least 25 their games last season. Schurrle play as LM for Germany sometimes as replacement for Podolski, and he use to play winger at Mainz. Ramires has given his best games at Chelsea as RM.

If we switch to a 4-3-3 formation then Ramires will definitely be playing as a CM. However unless Jose can make Rami a much better tackler I don't see him starting too many games in the pivot. He'll likely come on as a sub later in the game to run at tired defences and help with quick counter attacks.
As for Schurrle, he prefers to play on the left as an inside forward. I wouldn't envision him starting upfront at all unless there's a striker crisis. Which is unlikely as we already have 3 strikers and we're possibly going to add Cavani.
