Hey ed1 or 2, I'm currently living in Australia, and opportunities aren't great. I was hoping to get into management or coaching within a football club (the closest club is brisbane which is one hour away)

Where would I start to get into management I understand you guys might not have much idea but what would be my best plan of action to get into management in a club?

Cheers guys, it's my passion, football is and it's somewhere I'd like to be in life with work.

{Ed001's Note - first thing I would suggest is getting in touch with your local FA and finding coaching courses to take part in. To be honest, I have no idea how it would work down there, every country is different, that is why it is best to go direct to the FA.}

Hi eds.
I know you don't like to talk about the money side of the game and I know it doesn't affect us as fans. Hiwever do you see an end to the stupid prices that are getting thrown around or will it continue.
If the european break away league ever happens will this end the silly spending in England due to the money leaving with the other league? Obviously I know very little about this but am just interested if there is an end in sight if these huge fees being thrown around.

{Ed002's Note - It will indeed reshape the financial side of things.}

Too right ed. I see this transfer window being the beginning of a massive clamp down on money. Its out of control. I can't see a way out. Time will tell.

An interesting development will be Brexit - especially for the football league.

A dozen new scholars have arrived for pre-season training at Cobham this month as our Under-18s prepare for the new season.

Jody Morris continues to lead our youth team as they aim to follow an unprecedented treble of trophies last campaign. The new scholarship intake includes three youngsters who featured for Morris's men last term, including FA Youth Cup final scorer Callum Hudson-Odoi. The ranks have also been bolstered by new signings from Ajax, Exeter City and Glasgow Rangers.

The registrations of Billy Gilmour, Daishawn Redan, Nicolas Tie and Karlo Ziger are subject to FIFA international clearance.

Assistant head of youth development, Jim Fraser, provides the lowdown on the new intake.
