Congrats to Bayern, least we can sing 'Champions of Europa' still :P

Any fan that sings Champions of Europe after winning the Europa League is a joke, part time fan!

Congratulations to Bayern Munich they are the true champions of Europe for the next year! Well deserved!

He didn't call you a part time fan, and going to all of the games doesn't make you anymore of a fan than someone who watches it on match of the day.

Neymar is the most overrated footballer on the planet, he's the product of good marketing in Brazil! He may well be more successful in Spain rather than England, but I think he will ultimately be a European failure!

I can't fathom what Chelsea would be thinking sending Lukaku out on loan whilst retaining Ba?!. Other than the goal against United Ba has not looked comfortable in our system!

Aumbanyang and, if Torres leaves as expected, an out and out top class striker (Cavani, Lewandowski etc. ) joining Lukaku would be perfect. Schurrle seems a preferred option for a striker/winger at the club though.

One thing is for sure, there are a lot of clubs with a lot of money this summer! It's going to be a cutthroat transfer window!

The fact is Ba was only bought as a stop gap measure as we were unable to bring in the strikers we wanted last summer and we certainly weren't going be able to buy them in January. He has little to no value due to his knee problems and resultant difficulty to acquire insurance. Thus he'll likely stay and play as a rotation option for another year or so.
Perfect scenario for me would be Cavani, Schurrle and Aubmeyang with possibly Markovic. Lukaku on loan and Torres and Ba exit.

I wouldn't say Neymar is the most over rated player. The majority of the England squad are really over rated. And Neymar clearly has skill and all that good stuff, otherwise he wouldn't have stood out as much as he has.

If Neymar is overrated. then whole cheslea squad apart from mata and hazard is oerrated.

Who's the rest of the Chelsea team compared to? Neymar is listed next to only Messi! We'll see how he fares in comparison!

Ba may have only been a cheep stop gap who is now worthless. but i'd rather see him leave on a free than send Lukaku out on loan again! {Ed018's Note - Lukaku is better than Torres or Ba. Hopefully the club can realize that}

This winds me up so much, most people have seen neymar in couple of games mainly against team gb and england and judge him on those two games alone, if you actually watched him a lot more you would see that he has so much talent and could easily be one of the best players in the world in a few years time.

People need to stop worrying about the seemingly decreasing chances of getting Cav/Fal/Lew. This is not the be all and end all. We need someone to put the ball in the back of the net, a decent right place right time man would be plenty, we already score goals, we already have players than can do the spectacular. We need a striker that basically offers more than Torres to see us score more and improve. don't get me wrong I would love a Cavani, but if we don't I won't panic, I would be looking towards the likes of Soldado or Negredo, maybe even Cardozo for a couple of years. The 'second tier' calibre of top strikers is still better than what we have. We will be better next season don't worry

Personally, I think if we sign fal/cav/lew, they will be not much better than torres, because the system we are using now is 4231. But striker like drogba and lukaku will do well because they are aggresive and strong. Hope chelsea will sign one/two of these players: gundogan/arda turan/fellaini/khedira.

We have the best backup plan in world football so I'm not worried, Lukaku!

Chelsea's purchases have been pretty discreet lately. I wouldn't worry too much I'm sure something is brewing. I think Falcao is still quite likely. We have mata, hazard, Oscar, Mou, CL, the English media attention/sponsorship value - really his best option.

Believe it when I see it. Why would he go from the spanish league to the french league? Understand he'll get paid well but it's a big step down regardless of being in the CL. week in week out its just the french league. well behind spanish/bundesliga/epl/ serie -A - would strange for one of the best strikers in the world

Am I the only one who would absolutely hate it if United got thiago alcantara for less than 20m. That'd be such a steal in my opinion. He's better than Isco in my mind.
