Why Godin? Then would chelsea have stopped interest in luiz, Or was alex going to be out ?
Also are chelsea likely to bid again in this window, Or have they got another target in mind ?

So Ed if we don't do a deal for Sanchez until the summer is the Luiz deal the only one we will hope to complete before Monday or have CfC been looking at an alternative Your thoughts

Big Chelsea Fan, but worryingly I have a feeling that David Luiz won't cut it quickly and adapt to our precious Premier League. For a fact I know that Chelsea will announce his signing tomorrow and I extremely hope that my hunch is way off and wrong.

My question is why Chelsea are making Luiz their primary transfer target considering he is ineligible to play in the Champion's League. Granted he is a great player and would suit Chelsea, I would have thought a Champions League eligible player would have been preferred.
