Good pm EDs and house, please ED2 will like to know if mou job is under threat or placed on some performance condition? Thks for your time.

{Ed002's Note - There is no "performance condition". Things are obviously not going their way with results right now. They are not interested in Klipperty if that is your concern.}

Going to come out and say that I stand fully behind Jose and hope the club do too . To be honest everything just seems to be going against us, perhaps that's a naive waybof looking at things but when you're not at your best you need that little bit of luck and sadly we aren't any of that. Jose's attitude perhaps hasn't helped the guys, I do feel he has been a little underwhelmed maybe cause he didn't get who he wanted in the summer.

Speculation aside we need to surebupbthe defense, mid week was a positive cause of the clean sheet . We get that going and I think everything else will come naturally. If we can hang on till January I believe we might still play abhugebpart at the top of the log. Tough take and in hind sight a bit simplistic but in all honesty this could show our character and how big a club we have become.
PS. Cheers for the positive shout out guys.

Agree we have had the rub of the green and a lot of luck (winning champions league ), at times in the past few years. Sometimes you hit a bad period where everything goes against you, it happens to all the top teams. We didn't strengthen enough in the summer, and that doesn't help. Need to stay strong, put up with all the banter and wind ups from other teams supporters, because in the end we will be back.

It might help you guys if Hazard decides to leave the X Factor (Mason Noise) and get back to playing football.

Seriously, teams have figured out how to play you. Same as Utd, both of us dominate the ball whilst other teams try to score on the break. Mourinho and LVG need to unleash the talent rather than setting up so cagey. Might help if this 4-5-1 formation gets dropped and you try and blitz teams. I wish we would.

Things keep going against us because jose can't keep his trap shut ffs. He's mugging himself and all the players off gobbing off about ref's this ref's that. Keep your trap shut and getting on with your job. I'm sick of it all being about him, loved him first time round now he's tedious petulant and like a spoilt child.

I get what you're saying, Beast, but to be honest I'd most of all like to see a solid defense. As a Chelsea fan you get used to defensive excellence, and it'd be lovely to see that return to our game.
That said, indeed we look toothless in attack. It doesn't help that our fullbacks aren't able to contribute much in attack as fullbacks are a huge attacking part in modern football.

Jackson: Four lines that sum up a Chelsea that we want but are not getting. Nice post.

The results are down to tactics, that don't suit our players. Who places the tactics? He's lost the players, the body language shows that. If I was hazard, willian, pedro, fabregas, Costa. I wouldn't wanna play in this team or for Jose. Costa has struggled to score since the 5-3 loss to Spurs. Why? Because after that game the style of play changed, it's doesn't suit the team. What do we do sell all the players that it doesn't suit, or Change manager to what suits the players? As far as I'm concerned we've already lost too many good players to poor management.

I love it that your little club is going back to where it belongs. In the 70s and 80s you were always in the bottom half or relagated . all I want is roman to walk out and your club is going bust lol.

24 Oct 2015 19:57:27
Top banter, mate. Don't even know who you support, but if I had to guess I'd say Spurs.
Of course you'd like Roman to leave, but Ed has already explained that the club is pretty much self sufficient right now. So it doesn't really matter. Though I think Roman is in it for the long run, seeing as he's probably the biggest Chelsea fan of them all.
Enjoy our struggles while they last, because we'll get it together eventually.

Jackson I'm just on a wind up mission mate. You lot have had it too good for the last few years and are going through a bad spell. I think there are big problems behind closed doors at Chelsea and it started when Jose got rid of the physio girl who I think was well liked in the changing rooms at chelsea.

Agree Raver, there are obviously problems, whether it's the arrogance of the players, or Jose not getting the players he wanted, or something else. But we have no devine right to be successful every year, so should be interesting to see if Jose can sort it out. Can he get over his "three years at a club", and get the team back to the top of the table. I wonder if he has also got doubts? He is like a boxer who has only gone 6 rounds, can he do a full ten rounds.? . We shall see.

You seem like a barrel of laughs Raver. You must have some sort of comedian training? Your banter is just too good. Witty, controversial, funny, intelligent. Hats off to you squire.

Have a feeling Jose will be gone now. Shocking refereeing once again, smacks of incompetance but fair play to West Ham, took chances when they came and defended well.

We beat ourselves today. Costa and Terry both with bad clearances, Matic incredibly stupid to get his red card and Azpi marking Carroll on a cross is ridiculous (everyone knew they were going to target Carroll, come on) .
Then a few unlucky things. Zouma's header was like 2 millimeters from crossing the line, the offside call on Fabregas was really really close (still not sure whether he was on or off) .
They didn't create a lot, just pounced on our silly mistakes. And playing with 10 man for more than a half makes for a very hard game to win.

Jackson read your posts pal all time and agree most times think we think alike but we are terrible bud something has gone off with hazard matic am sure of it Costa still can't speak English ( a word) just doesn't look right this year struggling where's Pedro? Jose doesn't want to leave because he doesn't think he's done anything wrong but I think he will player power always wins in end. Rubbish midweek rubbish today and these teams we struggle against aren't great could u imagine playing a Barcelona or Bayern now.

Nibby, I can't agree more we are just terrible. And what on earth was this change for mikel? We are 1 0 down and he introduces mikel!

I love jose but sadly it is looking like its time to go, saying this I don't believe he is bad manager I just think that something happened between him and the players. Maybe let holland takeover till end of seasons and wait for pep ih he leaves bayern.

We where losing when we had him on we're just not good enough split dressing room I think love Jose but think he's getting forced out and we're all feeling it.

I'm with you, Bruce. We weren't playing very well by all means, but we were definitely in it. They didn't create chances but we're up because of one big mistake by us. I'd have fancied us to win if it stayed 11v11.
Introducing Mikel was to still have a semblance of a midfield and he did pretty well (as he has done whenever he's played this season) and it was the right move IMO.
Everyone has made mistakes this season, Mourinho included. But for me, he has to stay. We'll get it together. Though some changes are in order.

Furious at the goals we have conceded. A drilled ball that should have been cleared and a simple cross which should have been stopped at source.

We are definitely improving and all that possession early on but we are low on firepower. Tall defence and we are struggling to clear crosses, that used to be our strength. Whether we are unlucky or not these bookings and the sending off will destabilise the team and I hope Mourinho stays sensible as we do not need any more bad press.

Troubling, in fact its all troubling.

We have had a player sent off and our manager and his assistant sent to the stands.

Utter joke. Fabregas clearly onside and Matic booked for a foul that Kouyate did 20 minutes before and didn't even concede a foul for it!

Believable1 Unbelievable0

24 Oct 2015 15:53:36
Fabregas was level, was one that could have gone either way

Matic Was silly and deserved red

Let's not blame the refs. It's our fault mate.

24 Oct 2015 15:56:49
Not arguing the Matic one, silly challenge but Kouyate did it and it wasn't even a foul. Plus Moss just booking players at will afterwards was ridiculous. Take off Ramires and bring on RLC or Oscar!

Liverpool fan in peace, just think this whole mourinho assault thing is being blown way out of proportion. Your whole situation is. Mourinho is probably the best manager in the world, he's crazy, but you can't really go up from Mourinho, that's the problem. Sure you guys will recover and at least get top 4.

24 Oct 2015 10:33:38
Some sense being spoken. Cheers, mate :-)
Mourinho sometimes overdoes his "us vs them" mentality, but indeed he's arguably the best in the world and the perfect man for the job. He loves our club, we should keep him as long as possible. If someone can bring us back to the top, Mourinho can.

I'm your typical mourinho fan but guys in modern football he is no longer the best. Football has evolved but our coach seems to be behind. Nevertheless, i'll give him till January to correct matters as I believe even the board and owner has a limit to how much they can endure him. Peace.
