If you could sign a dream player who you would love to see at Chelsea who would it be?

I use to say Griezmann and I'd still love him here but someone who would be great under Conte for me would be Marco Verratti. An Italian like Antonio and someone i would love to see next to Kante in a three man midfield. I'm not Fabregas's biggest fan and apart from scoring Verratti for his age is such a complete midfielder the lad could do it all. What I love about him most is that he's just as good without the as he is with it. Fantastic player he would be my choice who would be yours?

Verratti is too much like kante. I don't see what he does any better than kante. Apart from fall over like a baby all game.

My perfect 4 signings would be Gimenez, Verratti, Griezmann and Dybala.

Gimenez for definate so much cheaper than Koulibaly, has more potential.

Verratti for me as well. He controls games, and is a pest for the opposition. One of the best midfielders in the world, I rate him higher than Pogba, and he's still so young.
I hoped Conte would've targeted Verratti as a must buy for Chelsea this summer. Alas, it was not to be. Fantastic little player.

You got to laugh at the state of this club! You actually look at the players it's massively unbalanced.

Am just going to point out at the defence because that is a shambles! Right we have 5 first team defenders at the club!
4 out the 5 are central defenders by trade.
1 (zouma) out injured will his knee be the same again? .
3 out the 5 are over 30
1 fall back
1 center back turned pathetic fall back (ivanovic) killing the progress of Aina because no matter what a sh@t house performance he plays he is in next game.

Am sorry for the moan but what is this club doing we are 1 injury away from Mikel playing center half.
Talking about bringing 1 defender in we need 2 or 3. Stop playing these stale players yes they done well but MOVE ON!

Could go on bout midfield but think eds would ban me. Let's discuss this!

I sort of agree, I said at the end of last season we needed 5-6 quality players to win the league and hold our own against the big boys in Europe, so far we have signed 2, and unless we play 2 upfront then 1 is a sub, makes me wonder if mourinho hadn't been sacked would ibrahiovic or/ and pogba be plying for us?

Why are we struggling to sign a defender I cannot believe we as a club what stature we are have got just 5 defenders in the squad not counting the kids by the way. why has it become so desperate we need another full back and a centre half really can't believe this our transfer policy at the moment regarding this is a joke our squad should at least be ready to try and get back in the top 4.

All we have become and what we're good at is loaning players out sorry to say fellow blues is we will suffer into the season if we don't bring some quality defenders in. come on the powers that be at the club and sort this problem out.

Hahaha Pinky. You are right though, I'll be shocked if we don't get Romanagli now with us loaning them pasalic. Koulibaly seems to be playing hard ball over the contract and played woeful at the weekend so I think we might get both tbh. I see us signing two defenders by next week. The club and more importantly Antonio knows that without 2 defenders we are toast. Terry, Cahill and Iva their time is obviously up.

Given the prices being asked (and paid) for players this summer, Batshuayi and Kante have to be the bargains of this transfer window.

Definitely Bailly; looks very accomplished. I think Kante still has to settle in although I have liked the look of him but I have to agree with Fuser, too early for Batshuayi. He could be a big surprise and has not let us down so far BUT that is a lot of money for a novice so he needs to keep performing.
