There are so many positives to take away from the game. Top notch defensive line. Rarely any mistakes made which created a lot of momentum and released pressure on the team. Midfield, most of the time, made the right decisions in passing, dribbling ect. Poor from Torres but can't expect much when most of the game is played with our attacking midfielders, especially when they tend to cut inside instead of cross. If we played like this against a lower calibre team, we would dominate the whole game. Very impressive display today.
Mourinho must find a way to include our strikers in our plays. They either dribble the ball until it's lost because they are up front by themselves or they receive the ball and offload it back to the trio behind them. I can't remember the last time Torres or any of our strikers got into a position and shot from outside the box. I think because of the trio behind our striker, we try to mess with the ball to much or try to pass it into the net. Maybe using a two striker formation may help but, in my opinion, this is what we have to sort out the most. Lukaku and lewandowski are the two strikers I want to see at chelsea as soon as possible. Both have great presence in the box and can only get better.

Don't pay attention to the people that get on your nerves and pay more attention to those that truly appreciate your input because it is so helpful and we hope you can keep it up for as long as possible. And another thing, this game showed us how badly we need a world class striker. Torres was in my opinion poor (again). We need more power upfront.

I agree a clean sheet at arsenal is a good result. Just don't like being so negative, I couldn't see city making those changes late on. Maybe its just me asking for to much to soon.

City can play all out attacking football because they know their strikers will score chances. Mourinho has no confidence in any of our strikers so he plays more defensively.

Ed18 can't see us winning against LFC, they play very agressive attacking footy with a world class striker who is on fire, will be a lot tougher then Arsenal & have a very good record against us & TSO!

Absolutely agree JohnnyCFC, a draws a good result but with a world class striker it would've been a win, at least we looked solid defensively too.

Hmm dunno about team, think lamps and mikel are going to be to slow and clumsy on a quick pitch, Walcott seems to always get one v us, I'd of played 433 but mikel Oscar ramires and hazard Torres shurrle, arsenal not big physical team after all,, COME ON YOU BLUES

Willian starting ahead of mata and Oscar? Hope mourinho knows what he's doing but I don't see the logic in that. Hopefully he proves me wrong!
