I think chelsea should play a 422 and try to get more men in midfield. Against united we conceded second goal because we gave nani too much room to play. 433 would suit if we have more younger players like ramires who can cover ground in a flash and make a decent tackle. We have some 30 plus guys in team who can not match pace of bale, nani, augero, silva, adam johnson, walcott, modric. And top teams take advantage of this and make our life harder. Instead sometimes these slow guys in order to prove themselves make a foolish tackle in a dangerous area.

Torres is not scoring because he has not been getting quality balls in final third. he recieved a good ball from anelka and he scaored. Secondly he has not played much with the fast guys on the pitch like mata, daniel. U have to admit that lampard is very slow and in order to score goals himself, he invades torres poaching area and causes a confusion in nandos mind. He fails to realise that he needs to give ball to torres and not try on his own. Lampard of now has become a one dimensional player who just wants to play only at his favourite position. He and mikel are becoming liabilties becoz they do not adjust to systems like ramires, mieriles, essien. A modren midfield player needs to be jack of all trades. I think chelsea should play mata in place of lampard in hole, daniel on right. Chelsea should play 442 with romeou or miereles as holding players. Ramires on right, josh on left. Try bertrand on as wing back more often and wait till january till debruyne, piazon join the team. Maybe a marquee midfield signing is on in january. Sell over 30 players except terry to anzhi for decent cash. Next year davilla would also join and so as kalas. Sell fereria and use kalas as understudy to bossy. Sell alex and bring in subotic. Maybe chelsea look for a right winger next year like krasic. Torres would score 12 goals before january if chelsea play without lampard. For penalties train another guy. One can not just play becoz he is good in taking penalties. His latest record is not decent anyway in penalties.

I agree completely with the modern day midfielder needs to be able to adapt and your right when you say Frank and Mikel cant do that! Frank has always said he like 4-3-3 where we can just get in the box and score but nando will see him making his run and have to adjust the run we was going to make! sorry frank i love you but ... ur time is near the end

I agree with you Lampard is becoming a liability , I thought we played better with out him against Man Utd. Against Fulham his corner taking was atrocious , no threat to the keeper and twice his corners went completely pass the goal area . What a waste. He must stop taking corners , I have been saying it for a very long time. If you don't agree with me , that's fine, but please pay attention to where Lampards corners go ? You will laugh !

I wouldnt blame Torres if he did want to leave the press are all over him, He has got better as have the whole team and yet the press seem to only mention how he missed rather than he was our best player.
It has been a long time since I have been this excited about the future, under AVB we seem to be improving game by game, I belive we can win CL this year and have a good go at the league.
