I have been a Chelsea supporter longer than I care to remember and I have watched many players come and go but Chelsea will always continue. I think there is a major overhaul quietly being planned and with JM I really hope he stays as there is nobody better tactically; that said I wish he would stop this constant whining and niggling at authorities and of course Wenger. I have said all along that I think Costa will go at the season end, back to Spain. I think he was coerced into joining Chelsea and as well as he has done he wants to go back to Madrid. I know it annoys many but Pedro is a buy I do not understand and I am sure he will return to Spain as he has apparently sent out distress signals already. Hazard I think has family issues to contend with and I think he will be sold at the season end. However, the Premiership suits his style I think whereas the French league will be easier for him I do not believe the Spanish will; sometimes you need to be careful who is advising you. Hazard has never been a great success on the International stage and the Belgian manager is using 'burn out' with Chelsea as an excuse for his continued disappointment with him. We have plenty of young talent and there are numerous up and coming Europeans that would love the opportunity with Chelsea.

Mourinho needs to let his team do the talking for a change, last season Chelsea were head and shoulders above the rest of the league and although retaining a title is always difficult I can't remember the champions starting a season so badly.
As an outsider it seems to me that everything that's gone wrong this season on and off the pitch has Morinho all over it.
He's a fantastic manager and why he insists on constantly looking for and creating trouble I've no idea, right now he's not he's not only had for football but for the first time ever he's also bad for Chelsea.

I had told fellow CFC fans around me here that Mourinho doesn't represent d best choice of coach to deliver the world brand we all dream of. He's a coach for the short term. His personality and his tactics do not make for a good long relation players $ boardroom staff. Regretably most of our best players will leave bc they are not Mourinho's kind of players simply they can't defend. Had similar issue wit CR7 but lost out in d battle. The best teams in d world do not play 11 defenders. My concern is that he will sell all these players $ still leave thereafter. Don't be deluded in believing Mou will stay long @ Chlesea just d same I posted here earlier that he has 3rd season syndrome.

MagicalEden: Remember your love affair with Pedro; out of his depth in the Premiership. When Costa goes and he will I'll be waiting for you now go back to praising everyone who has left because he'll be on your list.

Pedro's still adapting at least give him till the end of the season. He's got the ability just don't know whether he'll have the consistency. And why change the subject? Costa leaving? ABSOLUTE TOSH!

I've always resigned that one day Hazard would leave to Madrid or back to France (PSG) because he loves it there.

In a way I think it would be a great move for him. He could finally express his attacking talent more. Mourinho's restricting him too much. I'd be gutted if he left especially after Mata going and seeing how good De Bruyne's become. I don't think I could take it.

Do you see him leaving Ed?

{Ed001's Note - eventually everyone leaves mate. Players like Hazard do not grow up dreaming of playing for Chelsea, so if someone like Madrid or Barca come calling, that they did dream of playing for, then it is difficult to resist. Enjoy him while he is there.}

I don't want to see him go either, but if we get a shed load of cash for him and spend it wisely it could be a good thing. His dream was always to play for Real Madrid anyway, wasn't it?

I'll try my best to enjoy him then. Personally I do see him leaving. If he does want to go to PSG I'd definately demand Marquinhos as part of the deal.

Only Griezmann could replace Eden for me. He's a much better goal scorer also. Wouldn't want Reus, he's way to injury prone.

Evening Blues,

Just been reading some of your posts over the last few weeks.
Amazed that some of your posts are calling for Mourinho to be sacked.
Jeez, you are the reigning Champions and won the league at a canter.
Ok, Villa game apart, you have pretty much been a shadow of your normal self, but to call for Mourinho to be sacked in absurd.
I'm not saying Wenger hasn't tested our patience, and indeed, we ourselves have a 'Wenger out' brigade, but we have pretty much stuck by him over the past 19 years.
Mourinho is not everybody's cup of tea and Chelsea's style of play will always be questioned, but he is possibly/probably the best manager in world football.

Just can't believe some of the posts I read on here.

I'm Mourinho in without a doubt. But if Hazard goes after selling Mata and De Bruyne's I really won't be happy. He's asking a player of Hazard's quality to defend twice as much whilst he kept playing Ivanovic who was basically a winger and got away with it. Mourinho needs to just apologise to the likes of Wenger and Eva for all the negativity he keeps bringing round our club. His job is to manage not to get involved in a different spat every week. He just needs to shut his mouth and get on with it because eventually we will lose patience with him.

I do agree on one thing though, letting De Bruyne go?
That's on a par with Utd letting Pogba go on a freebie.

Generally when results are poor, Jose makes a headline to take the attention off them. The issue is Jose's never had a negative period that's lasted this long (or even half this long) . We can go back and forward about the ways he's been taking the attention off but at this point I'm tired of beating the dead horse. Hazard gets sat for one game and the metro writes up a piece about him going to Madrid and then everybody's convinced he's off. For the record I can't remember anyone upset at the time we sold de bruyne and hindsights 20:20. Melbourne said it in the summer, there's a lot of fans that don't deserve Jose.

Hate to be that guy but I was KDB's biggest fan after we bought him from genk :P.

KdB went because he thought he was better then the first eleven and felt he should be in the team week in week out. At the time he wasn't ready so took the easy way out and left. Same as Lukaku - another one with bad attitude. Thought he was better then he was at such a young age. Mata left because he kept leaving our 2 defensive midfielders and wing backs open without helping get back. The way Jose plays is what a most managers do now-adays and defend from the front. You can't have players in the team who won't put in a good shift week in week out. It's the very least what the manager, chairman and fans should expect. Hazard will go no doubt, but how many times does he give the ball away during a game? More times the Ramires! Don't get me he's still a great player but a lot of opposition goals down from when Eden has given the ball away.

Eden,
Totally agree. I appreciate all managers, especially Mourinho, like to defend as a team and attack as a team, one unit, but you have to allow players like Hazard to express himself. He is a game changer and a match winner, as last seasons stats prove.
Bergkamp was hardly the best defender in the world, but going forward he was a joy to watch.
Scholes was shocking when trying to defend, but in the opposition half was an absolute worldie.
Mourinho is a great manager, but very stubborn, reminds me of Wenger to be honest.

The problem is that mourihno is so o stubborn, with him we will never change our tactics which would suit our players. We would have best attacking team if not mourihno who sold mata and KDB.
