Is there a chance of Bamford or Percia being 3rd choice next season?

Hopefully Bamford (at least) will secure a Prem loan and impress, at the moment his championship experience is good but it does not really put him in a position where he can compete for a place at Chelsea.

There's been a fair few mentions of a 3 man backline but it doesn't make sense for us. Our strength is our attacking mids and this certainly won't help as the only player who could play as a wingback from that group would be willian. We also have far too many good centre mids (matic, oscar, rami and fabregas) that would be wasted in this system. I do like the look of a 433 with oscar moving into a slightly deeper role. This will help us boss midfields in the game and also our wingers (eden hazard i'm talking about you) won't have to do as much work defensively.
It would make sense if we have five quality CDs at least and offensive LB as well. As you said Chelsea has Matic, Cesc, Oscar and MVG to cover CM position and Ramires and Dave can cover RWM position. With 3 strikers upfront it would be 3-4-3. But still Chelsea needs at least two offensive LBs and at least one more CD preferably left footed one.
Tk but I agree with about offensive CM role for Oscar since he is very look a like player as Fabregas. In that case Chelsea needs DM as back up for Matic. LB&CD are must.

I think we have 5 CDs that are currently or one day will be capable but I struggle to believe that zouma is a better player than someone like schurrle who would struggle to get games in the new system.
Actually Schurrle is player who is most adaptable. He can play right or left winger in 3-4-3 or secondary striker in 3-5-2. It makes more problem to Hazard, Willian and Salah since they can fit in 3-4-3 but not in 3-5-2.

TK but if we take a look JM is building squad to play 4-3-3. By using Cesc, Oscar, Ramires and MVG as offensive CMs. Matic and(another DM if we sign one-because we might end up with Mikel) as DM.

He has great potential but really needs to get his attitude sorted. He thinks he is a superstar already and that would annoy Jose. Starting to realise why the club don't want him now.
Also refused to shake the coach's hand after being subbed, kicked a water bottle in frustration and was very actively complaining on the bench. He's creating a very bad image for himself.
Agreed. The Belgian boys need to be taught a lesson and realise just because they have talent does not necessarily mean they are top class. They have to work for it and prove on the pitch.

Origi arguably looks a better, younger version of lukaku. Don't know what lukaku was angry about, thouroughly deserved to be subbed.

His attitude during the game just adds to his inability to be quiet off the field. I would very much doubt the club will be able to sell him for the amount they want after this World Cup he's having and I now expect him to go spmewhere on loan. That said I garuntee Everton or atletico would take him and both of those aren't bad options.
If we loan him we won't get even half of what we would this year unless it's a loan to buy. He only has 2 years left of his contract.

I feel we should promote Kenneth Omeruo to the first team.This lad has proven himself so many times at International stage.
Him and Zouma can be good covers for cahill and JT.And obviously we'll be having Brana for extra cover.

He deserves an EPL loan next season.
Yeah I heard he played really well against Bosnia and Dzeko in particular.
If we don't get Varane, one out of Omeruo and Zouma should definitely get his spot in a 3 man rotation with Cahill and JT. They can't possibly play every game, so there'd be ample playing time for the 3rd choice cb. Given that the club offered him a new contract (which he signed I think?), it leads me to believe much is expected of him.
