Bad news Spurs came back from 0:2 to 2:2 against WHU. Theirs moral is pretty high .Without Matic our chances are not very high.

Vertonghen pushing Nolan to the ground and ref gives nothing. If Matic is banned, then Vertonghen should be as well. I'm really getting fed up with the decisions of referees in the Premier League.

You're right, Ed, he sure had something going on there. Don't know if it really cheered me up as I hate it when people post stuff like that (i.e. name calling etc.). Some people are easily offended, aren't they.

The club would be right in doing so. Obviously the red he received was a correct call, but I think a 1 game ban is sufficient given the action leading up to the push.

If I remember correctly back to new years day, Wayne Routledge was involved in a similar incident with Karl Henry and his ban was eventually reduced to two games I believe. I'd say we actually have more of a case for a reduced ban with Matic as the tackle on him was much worse

Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't matic reaction viewed as isolated and therefore the tackle that caused the reaction can have no effect on an appeal?
