Everyone is talking about who they want in January and next season perosnally, i don't think we need much improvements if we keep playing this football. However we do need solid back up options. Alonso and Moses! I absolutely love how they are playing and how they fit in their positions but if they were to get injured we don't really have anyone to play in their positions. I guess Azpi could play on Moses position and play Zouma Luiz and Cahill back 3, or maybe Willian could do a job however we don't really have any players for Alonso! So I'd say we could either risk it and wait till next season when baba and Ake come back from loan as I think they could both make decent back ups or buy someone in January.

I think back up positions for LWB, RWB, CB and CM can all be filled by returning loan players. I'd rather we spent all of our 'budget' on one top player to play right wing.

I agree Dybala or Griezmann let's get that big signing with the Nike deal. Although I wouldn't mind rescuing Shaw from his United hell.

anybody else noticed how strong a development side we fielded today? terry van ginkel basman solanke all involved, I worry for bats, we seem to be the only team who use a second striker so little.

Feel for Michy but at the end of the day, would you drop Diego in this form? U23 rules prove to be a farce again, MvG, Zouma and Michy all qualifying for it plus Eduardo, Cesc and Terry. Mind you though, good attitude from Cesc et al to play in that and hopefully impress Conte.

I just seen an article saying how good of a job conte is doing, not so much about being top of the league but it said, 3 months ago hazard was leaving, 3 months ago pedro was useless, 3 months ago David Luiz couldn't defend, 3 months ago matic was finished, 3 months ago Moses was only loan material, 3 months ago alonso was a panic buy, and 3 months ago Costa couldn't handle his temper, I would just like to say where ever we finish this season I hope conte stays for a long long time if he has this effect in 3 months what effect would he have in a few years.
