The game v Spurs is huge, a real 6 pointer, no margin for error. Win, and these young players will really kick on. Must get the defence right, keep Ali and Son quiet. Stop Kane. Erikson? I think Jose will play him. Over to us, I hope Tomori starts alongside Rudiger, James and Emerson. Must pack the midfield so Kovacic, Jorginho and Kante. Tammy and Willian must start and I think Pulisic might be the star.

Mahrez has had Chilwell on toast so far in this game. What a player Vardy is too, he's so predictable running behind but you just can't stop him.

Any player can have a bad day or days. Chilwell is a very good left back but I just can’t see him coming to us anytime soon but I hope I’m wrong!

That is true Tom. I weren't knocking the players ability, it just got me thinking whether all the media hype is all genuine.

Another player who I think we should target along with Werner is Aubameyang. I love Tammy I think he's quality but I'd like to see us play another striker who can play on the wing alongside him to give us a big goal threat like we had with Drogba and Anelka.

Aubameyang wants to leave Arsenal and we'd be stupid not to keep him in London with us. He's exactly what we need. He's experienced, strong, technically brilliant and will give us goals. Tammy and him together would be unreal. Lampard said he wants players with Pace and Power.

Respectfullly disagree. Auba is not at all what we need. He'd come on massive wages, and that is IF Arsenal would sell him to us.
We'd be investing ridiculous money in a player who is 30 already, and that's not a wise decision.

On top of that I've never come away impressed after watching him play on the wing. So Auba would be a massive pass from me.

Werner on the other hand could be terrific in a similar role to the one Anelka played for us. A forward, but just not really operating centrally. He's like Rashford in my opinion, but with better intelligence in his movement and a worse shot from range.
That said, I think everyone and his dog knows it's a matter of time before he's at Bayern.

{Ed002's Note - Arsenal would have no objection with selling a player to Chelsea. And of course Chelsea has no interest whatsoever in Aubameyangadingdong.}

I agree, Jackson.
Also think Werner is the ideal player to get although probably very unlikely. It would, however, be extra satisfying to get him after the way Bayern publicly declared their interest in CHO multiply times. In my opinion, clubs should refrain from that, and it sometimes seems that Bayern think they can do whatever they want. Would be nice to bring them back down to earth once again!
