Guys/ Eds, do any of you know a lot about William Carvalho? I've looked on You tube and the net, but let's face it, I could be made to look good on there and I can't even make the starting 11 of a Sunday league team. Would he be an improvement on Rami or is he just going to be another 30 plus million bench warmer? Thoughts and opinions?
6'2" - very skilful, very controlled - in the mould of Patrick Viera and Yaya Toure - and only 22. Buy him before Wenger does.
He is a top draw player. Already one of the best CDMs in the world at the age of only 22! Personally I would prefer Pogba just for the fact that he counts as home-grown. Having said that, I don't see us bringing Carvalho in unless Mikel is sold, also I think that it probably means the club don't see Chalobah progressing as they would have wanted him to a couple of years ago, meaning I don't think he has a future at the club if WC is bought - a great shame considering how good he was in our youth teams!
