Blimey how much did Everton turn down for John Stones last year? . No doubt he will be an excellent player in the future, but his market value now must have dropped considerably. Bit like Hazard at the moment, need to keep him so that he can return to form.

Kasey Palmer reminds me of Frank Lampard, fantastic goal scoring midfielder who seems to create his own goal of the month every time he plays. I think he is the one who is going to be a real star.

Eds, I would like your opinion on how a lack of European football (albeit hopefully only for a single season), will impact upon our ability to sign top level talent. Will it be as big an issue as many seem to be making out, or will our purchasing power adequately alleviate this issue?
Secondly, I would be interested in any insights that you may have regarding scouting of Brazilian players, given our current interest in players from that nation.

The club has representation in Brazil and it is known that it is often difficult to relocate players from South America due to the step change in environment, culture, food, language etc..}
