JUVENTUS OFFERED 24 MIL EUR FOR AGUERO. THE OFFER WAS REJECTED BY ATHLETICO MADRID. RELEASE CLAUSE FOR AGUERO IS 38M. THAT IS WHAT REPRESENTATIVES OF A.M. SAID ONE MONTH A GO.

Chelsea have launched a stunning £50m bid to sign Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero. Daily Star

Why would we bid £50m when he has a release clause for 45m euros instead of bidding £40m for Neymar? {Ed018's Note - prehaps its just paper talk.}

Apperently CFC wants secure his signature, price is probably in euros and it's higher. His price is 40mil eur.

There are no clubs willing to pay 40m for Villa. Barcelona can get between 25-30m for 29 year old player. Personaly I think selling Villla would be very bad move for Barcelona, simply they will stay without best striker who fits in Barcelona game.

is there any real chance of us signing modric, pastore or a top class striker like Aguero? because i honestly feel as if we will have interested and never follow it up enough to push through a deal for one of these world class players???

thanks! {Ed018's Note - of course there is a chance. i expect chelsea to continue pursuing both Modric ans Pastore}

Ed, looks like we've lost out on Naymar, any alternative targets? Can't see Auguero either...too expensive. What do you think ? {Ed018's Note - i wouldnt say that just yet}

Believable0 Unbelievable6

19 Jun 2011 16:56:39
ed, is there any point in enquiring about players such as modric, sneijder and neymar since all we'll probably end up with is de bruyne and lukaku if we're lucky. {Ed018's Note - of course there's a point.}

Believable0 Unbelievable6

U were lucky 2 get torres.he was a snip at 50 mil.

As man united have renewed their interests in Bale with £25m, do you think that might spark chelsea into also maybe preparing a bid? He has gone under the radar for a while now and I was thinking maybe clubs don't recognise him as much of a talent anymore. {Ed018's Note - no.}

Believable0 Unbelievable7

Felt that Bale never lived up to expectations. I mean Paulo Ferreira could barely keep up with my Grandmother on most days, yet had a pretty decent match against Spurs last season. Bales didn't do much against us that day.

Chelsea will use Essien in part of a deal to lure Luka Modric to the Bridge. Chelsea are lining up Everton's Jack Rodwell as a possible replacement for Essien.

Believable1 Unbelievable9

Normally id be opposed to loosing Essien im a big fan, but when you put it like that it doesnt sound to bad ha, highly unlikley tho

transfer is looks as a war of lobbies where top 4-5 clubs in englsnf trying use their connections to prevent their potential competitors to improve their teams before next season kick off. It is blind obvious that arsenal lobby trying to make their competitors overspend and threatening them after by exclusion from Europe competitions through they good contact in UEFA - Paltini. Would you confirm that chelsea is not "the boy to be bulled" and if Santos- Chelsea deal will fell we still canrecover and show our ability on the transfer market by entry negotiations with Barcelona and steal a new young star of Barcelona from noses of arsenal who obviously have influence on some agents in Brazil ( after freindly match have been organized not long ago with barazil FF at Emirates ). Chelsea involvement with Barcelona will be great set back for arsenal as they do want this youngster to be part of their deal to Sell Fabregas for 30 millions + this younge future fabregas. it is obviously will be no option for them if we will cross the Arsenal lobby. Why I am saying it Santos never ever was so gready, neither said any Brazilian club before. it is blind obvious that naming such unrealistic price for Neymar have been advised by the lobbies who are closed to Santos administration and agent of neymar +do not want him to be in chelsea next season. And if it is not really possible to avoid just trying to milk Chelsea for heck of money and later start the media smear campaign and trying exclude chelsea from Europe 2012/2013 ? There are still question of pride stays within Royal Family who support Arsenal what first London club can win Europe Champions League. And Obviously a lot of things done to prevent it inside of certain circles in England ? wouldnt it be a case ?

Whoa dude... that probably sounded much better in your head. That post made absolutely no bloody sense!

Hey Ed, im just wondering about a couple of things. do you personally believe that athletico madrid will accept the 50mill bid for aguero? and if so. will we give up on tryng to sign neymar? thanks {Ed018's Note - if there was actually a bid, yea id expect Athletico to accept it}

Believable6 Unbelievable0

19 Jun 2011 10:34:23
Ed what are the chances of getting aguero now after the 50million bid? {Ed018's Note - slim}

Believable0 Unbelievable7

Willingly paying £50M and having it accepted are only a part of the problem. You need to take into account his wage demands, which are astronomical.

chelsea have completed bid for argentine striker, sergio kun aguero for a massive 50 million will this 50 million signing be as bad as the last one lets hope not

Believable1 Unbelievable7

Torres has played less than half a season for us, got next to NO SERVICE, rarely played 90 minutes, and sometimes didn't even start.

Kind of hard to make a decision on whether he was a was purchase with that knowledge, eh? Give the guy a chance for crying out loud. Chelsea supporters have to be the most impatient prats that I've ever seen. Spoiled bandwagon fans.

roman is a fool if he wants to sign modric, not enough goals, hes a rich mans joe coal anyone with "ic" on the end of his name seems good enough for roman.

lets buy sanchez from udinese, muller and a good attacking right back, im a lorry driver but i can see what we need.
modric NO
-------------------------------------------
You are a fool. What an ignorant thing to say. Roman does nothing other than bankroll the transfers.... He has a team of advisers that decide who to buy.

Believable6 Unbelievable0

Modric - not enough goals? He's a bloody midfielder/playmaker for crying out loud!!! I'd rather he be setting up Drogba or Torres instead of greedily sending shots into the crowd or slamming the advertising board 95% of the time like Malouda.

Have you even watched him play? I guess that you're too used to midfielders who would rather shoot than pass... there's a reason that you're a lorry driver and not a professional football scout mate!

Agree9 Disagree1

Hahahaha if u believe that then ur the mad mental fool roman decides on everything

Agree0 Disagree9

R.A. build up a town for almoust half milion people in far east russia. 100, 200, 300mil pounds are peanuts.

Agree8 Disagree0

Modric is not coming to Chelsae(he wants) but Spurs will not let him leave.
My opinion Chelsae should go for Ioann Gourcouff he would be about same price or cheaper and hios far better player than Modric.

Agree1 Disagree8

Modric is no where near good enough to get in the chelsea side.
We don't want second rate spurs players

Agree1 Disagree6

The guy is allergic to grass ... f*** that, it will be modric, sneijder or pastore that we get

Agree8 Disagree0

Joe "Coal"? LOL

"anyone with "ic" on the end of his name seems good enough for roman."

Right, so let me get this straight:

we have one first team player who has an "ic" on the end of his name (Ivanovic)...

one who has never played on the first team and has been loaned out to Dutch clubs forever (Rajkovic)...

and 2 youth/reserve players (Marko Mitrovic, Milan Lalkovic)...

so that makes Roman biased towards Eastern Euro players with a "ic" suffix on their name?? You may want to check out who is even playing for our organisation before making such poorly thought out remarks.

Agree7 Disagree0

Rajkovic might get working permit this summer, anyway next summer he'll get Dutch passport he is 21 or 22 y.o.

I am sure Chelseae will sign Sneijder this summer. RM possition is problematic we might give Kalou+5m cash for A.Young(he is still away from real deal with MU).

Agree0 Disagree3

According to "ic-or ich" issue Ke man&Kranj ar are from south not east europe as well as Modri , Ivanovi , Vidi , Kalini , igi , D eko, Milija are coming from same place former Yugoslavia. According to "Britanica" former Yugoslavia is part south not east europe in geo strategic point. Mentality is much closer Italians&Greeks than to any other slavic or non slavic east european country.

Hi ED,
What bids do you expect Chelsea to make this week,
Modric-£30m, Lukaku-£22.5m, Van der Wiel-£20.1m, de Bruyne-£16? Who do you expect to see at Chelsea by the transfer window closure ? {Ed018's Note -were do you come up with your figures? 20.1 million? so precisse

looks like Lukaku deal is getting worse. Roma made a better offer than Chelsea to Anderletch!
Lets see wich player we will get finally, but I don't like this situation!

Roma is not a team with money they've just agreed for 8mil eur for Partizan Belgrade CD Stefan Savic(he was Arsenal target last year). Roma will have to sell half of their squad to get someone like Lukaku.

Believable0 Unbelievable7

Roma have just been took over by arabs and are now loaded so ur not that bright are u

Agree7 Disagree0

Sure, that is why they are selling their best striker?

Agree0 Disagree3

Maybe they figure that they can get a better striker with their new found riches?

If Mourinho is buying Neymar it really proves that he'll Chelsae manager in 2012.
Simply if RM is geting striker they will have to sell some of strikers or midfielders they have. Who do you think will get Benzema, Higuain or Ozil?!

Believable0 Unbelievable9

Not a very well thought out scenario mate.

If Mourinho was coming back to Chelsea in 2012, why the hell would he want Real to buy him? I imagine that he'd be crossing his fingers that Chelsea bought him so he'd have a year of Prem. experience under his belt when Jose arrived.

I doubt that Real would buy a player for Mourinho to take with him to Chelsea. If Neymar goes to Real, he's there to stay for a few seasons. And would Real sell him to us for much less than they paid for him, especially since he would be only 20 years of age? Not likely...

Agree7 Disagree0

Mourinho is not taking Neymar to Chelsae cause his is not worth it. Thism is a game he'll open up possibity for CFC to sign significant improvements. Now after CFC put offer for Aguero, Tevez is staying at citeh, RM might not be forced to sell strikers. Only if they sign Neymar.
