IMO, Mou should be fired! Taking the club backwards. I was shocked at the play against a poor Villa side. Problem is who will want to come now.

We won, so it's progress. You should be happy with the result. When the going gets tough, I'm happy we worked towards being disciplined and organized. Mourinho should stay, there's no manager better suited for the job.

Clearly you are not living in the real world, at this moment the most important thing is the result. Once we get our form back and we are starting to win games comfortably, with that comes confidence. With confidence comes a much better style of play.
It will come, but patience is what is required. We need to get away from the sack em culture and give the manager time to build a new team.
So IMO carry on Jose.

Jose is going nowhere, at least not this season, there's 40MIL sterling reasons.

This guy just wants a reaction and demands Jose out every time he posts. About time we stop responding to him.

If we fail to get top 4 he will be sacked.

What did people make of Baba's performance yesterday? I didn't think he played very well but I think that was down to confidence personally. Give him and Rubrn a sustained run in the team and we'll see what they can do. Rahman had the most tackles in the bundesliga last year so he can definitely defend.

Firstly I would hope hazard and mourinho are at Chelsea for a long time. But having said this, it's a catch 22 situation. Hazard will never show his true full potential unless playing for real or Barcelona were he's not being made to use a lot of energy tracking back all of the time. We also all knew joses style of football before we wanted him back, his defensive style has worked for him to get him where he is today, so why change. We as fans can be really fickle at times and don't always see the bigger picture. I think Jose identified targets and the club failed to bring them in so I'm not too surprised in the slow start. Also if hazard decided to go, there are a lot of great players out there like reus for example to take his place. The club is bigger than any player.

Listen mate I've put a post about Ruben and Baba and you're just blabbering on about something completely different.

Baba was a bit shaky, especially during the first 20 minutes or so. But he hasn't played a lot this season and it was his debut in the Premier League, so that could've been expected. I'm sure he'll get better as he was probably pretty nervous yesterday. Give him time, he'll be good for us.
Ruben IMO was good yesterday, but I'd like to see him a little deeper in midfield. He played as a 10 and wasn't able to influence the play as much because we didn't get the ball to him enough. But he looked positive and I expect more game time to come his way. I think Mourinho is starting to trust him, and in a box to box role I could see him excel.

Don't think it would happen at any other club, having one of the best attacking players in the world, and left out of the side because of his defending, only with Jose and Chelsea. Think he will go in the summer to Real Madrid, to replace Utd bound bale or ronaldo. Would love to get Isco and Varane as part of any deal.

Agree Jackson him and Matic will be quality together. People say Cesc can't influence the game at no.10 but if he's Guna play I'd prefer to see him there than in the holding two. Loftus-Cheek is really good defensively also he just needs to work abit harder.

I'm really starting to think it may be a good idea to cash in on Hazard he does seem unfit. And if he's not scoring we can only rely on Costa. If it carries on I'd probably cash him on him next summer I'm sure Real or PSG would pay at least 60 million for him. We need Griezmann at the Chels, he was sensational again today and he doesn't rely on penalties for his goals. Please no Konoplyanka.

MagicalEden are you joking mate? The guy had few below par games and we need to cash on him? Do you not remember last season? How many points does Hazard won for us?

I want Hazard to stay with Chelsea as long as possible, but Griezmann joining would be amazing! Those 2 up front with Costa would be a really dangerous attack.

We are on the way back, Jose has the backing of the board and majority of fans. He is a serial winner. We probably won't win the league ( Man City ), but might just do well in Europe. Jose will now know what players are with him and those who aren't will be sold. I expect us to be back to our best soon and really look forward to shutting the doubters up. As an aside look forward to more posts from the likes of Eli.

No I'm not joking he's quality on his day but he is over-rated. So stop being biast. Personally think Sanchez and Griezmann are both better players. Consistency is what makes you world class.

18 Oct 2015 21:54:03
Really magical, why have one or the other when you can have both, really don't think Griezmann is better than Hazard. The both of them at the club will definitely take us to the next level. I think everyone needs to step back and take a deep breath, Hazard Is lacking in confidence and obviously not in form, for anyone to suggest cashing in on him is naive to say the least. What happened to class being permanent and form temporary.

I really do appreciate everyone having an opinion and most being more fickle than usual due to bad form but come on don't you think you're exaggerating ing maybe just a little bit, yeah if he wants to leave sure he can, no one is bigger than the Chels, but he hasn't suggested that he does so why pick on him? I think some of us are being a little to emotional about things and looking for someone to blame, or probably just a new expensive player which I might add doesn't always end in delight. How about we don't throw our toys out of the pram like spoilt kids and keep the faith. Cheers.

When stating teams which everyone would like to see fielded I never for once saw anyone not including hazard in it.

Hello guys, with recent comments about hazard from mourihno (that he has to work. more) doesn't this situation look similar to you with Mata's one?

If that's the case which side would you support hazard or mourihno?

I have to go for hazard because he is magical and given attack minded coach could be one of the best.

I would go with Mourinho. As talented as Hazard is on his day I think he plays too much for himself rather than the team, always trying to beat one man too many. Yes, we were fortunate he was on song last year but this season he seems indifferent, he said he hates coming back to pre-season training and there is this constant story about his wife not liking it here which is always hanging over the team. I have said several times that I think he will be gone for next season, whether JM is still with us remains to be seen but I hope so. The earlier comment about Chelsea getting a sensible transfer policy I think is vital for the manager as we cannot have these buys that he clearly did not want. I see a major overall for next season.

You're having a laugh Frensham, Hazard playing for himself? If anything I always feel he should be more confident in himself and go for goal rather than looking for a pass. He had the most successful take Ons In the top five leagues and the third highest chances created. I think he is going through a bad spell and times like this he needs not just mou but we fans to stick by him. As you said he is talented so much so that I can really see him going all the way, if he were in real Madrid or Barcelona I think you'll see him at his best with us he really digs deep to defend and covers a lot of ground something players in his mould and talent don't really do.

Hope we do all we can to stick with him cause for me he is one of the best out there. As for the transfer policy, I for on think we need to go for players that can make a difference if not we should give our youngsters a good run cause buying average players doesn't improve the team.

I cannot disagree with you ELI as football is all about perception and I am sure we all have differing views of what we expect and see. I do wish we were more attack minded; after the Spurs defeat last season we changed our style and eeked out wins rather than continue the goal chase. This season I am not sure what we are doing but a solid defence and strong midfield would certainly be a springboard for the forwards to play like forwards. I am baffled with some of our buys and I think JM is as well and it is impacting his mood.

Hazard and Mourinho are not enemies, they're on the same side. Hazard has shown last season that he can do his part defensively as well and I'm sure he'll do it again this season. He was smiling yesterday as he came on so that's a good sign. Mourinho has already made Hazard a much better player since he arrived, they're good together. Don't worry too much and don't start picking sides. We're all Chelsea!

A few things I would like to see:
1. Review of our transfer policy. It is a mess
2. Review of our public image. We have become a hated club andyes we do have a moral responsibility towards the public.

Don't get me wrong but all are down to Mourinho. He's very good winner but doesn't know others better ways of winning other than what I call mechanical/direct approach. Some attacking players would other teams to join given options than us bc Mou won't play to your strenght but his pragmatic tactics. For instance a player like Neymar who I believe is next Messi/Ronaldo can easily go 2 United or even City over us so long as Mou is in charge he MUST defend or sit on the bench. Other fans see us just taking shortcut victory rather than deserve them all bc Chelsea for the last decade had played the Mou's way. We need to play more expansive $ entertaining football rather than sit back and use all players to defend waiting 4 opportunities/errors. Regret losing out on Klopp. Again Mou has a way of attracting more enemies than friends to himself $ club. He's so divisive among his players $ as such can't spend a long with a club. We are likely losing Hazard bc of Mou even when we know how talented he is. I tell u he can also bench Messi if he signed wit us if he doesn't defend. I can go on but we CFC fans must undstand dis reality complain when certain tins go wrong with our team with Mou in charge. No team can achieve greatness like Barca, Madrid, United, Milan, Bayern, etc playing like Mou. Sorry 4 d long post but please your views will be appreciated. CTID.

We already have lost: Mata, DeBruyne (sold for 20m€, re sold for 80m€, ), Lukaku (home grown striker who scored more goals for Everton than Torres, Eto'o and Demba combine), Cech went to Arsenal, Luiz sold to PSG, Bertrand made it to English national team from Southampton (BTW he was still our player on loan when it happened) . Every call was Mourinho's call.
Hazard more or less wouldn't make much difference, just another world class player.
Well done on D. Costa, Matic and Fabregas but other transfer decisions are more than questionable.
