Anyone else think we should look to sell Cech? I believe there is a concern that injury issues will stop him playing at the top of the game for much longer, but even if I am wrong about that we could get 10-20 mill (possibly) for a player we already have a world class ready made replacement for.
I think for me the ideal situation would be to sell him, release Hilario and have Courtois, Schwarzer, Blackman as the GK options. Keeping Blackman would add to our H/G quota, Schwarzer has proven to be solid backup and obviously none of this would cost us anything, in fact we would make money from the transfer out, and save on wages as well.

Thats what i'd do as well. use the cash on our other signings.

Would make so much sense to sell Cech, bring back Courtois, buy Darlow and keep Schwarzer for another season. Send Blackman on loan to gain 1st tam experience.

Making money from the Cech sale, improving our GK position and getting a HG player.

win win win :)

Not sure if we could get good value for Cech after his latest injury. His value will have probably decreased a bit in the eyes of other clubs

I'm completely confident we could still get a good amount for Cech. He's 31 (which is comparable to about 28 or 29 for an outfield player) but the injury is isolated and as he's a keeper it's a low risk injury. It would be good money because we could use it to purchase darlow.

You would get 10x the fee paif for Darlow I am assuming plus 100k knocked off your weekly wage bill.

Makes to much sense.

Hey guys appologize for long post and I don't believe in overpaying but look at these options that could be available to is. Sell Luiz, Ba, Torres, Mikel, Ramires, Moses, Marin, Romeu, Bertrand, Cech, Kakuta and Oscar as we must hold on to Hazard. = 180m, asse we would spend 60m as a budget gives us total of 240m. We could buy the equivalent of Cavani, Costa, Pogba, Varane and Shaw and DiMaria. Then offer Lukaku +10 for Barkley! 6 world class players brought in for a total of near 60m, it can be done!! Exciting times ahead!

Yeah sure it can be done, we would need a console though and probably a Fifa14 or Pes14 which ever you're into. :) Happy Sunday guys.
