A load of total B/ S on here earlier about Don Conte leaving and us in 7th place! What Bollox! 2 or 3 on here posting total B/ S daily. Get positive my friends, we are the champions of England. Great players, great manager, great coaches, great backroom staff, great owner. Roman decides what we pay for players. Roman decides. not the owner of Real or Dortmund or Torino. we are Chelsea, get together and be positive.

G8: Chelsea never have or will take notice of any comments on here but it is a rumour and banter site where people ask a question, give an opinion or express a fear THAT is what keeps the site going NOT your constant moaning about their contribution. YOU have no idea what went on behind closed doors with Conte, you have no idea whether we will finish 7th or not anymore than anyone else; just remember the season before last to see what can happen. You sound like a Chelsea obsessive where your thoughts are the only valid ones, get over yourself and let people enjoy the site for what it is. The Eds are more than capable of controlling 'their' site.

My posts are not about me c1955 but about Chelsea Football Club. I get fed up with all the negativity from a few posters on here who seem intent on putting a downer on the club. I post, and despite your comments, will continue to post in my own positive way. Am I obsessed with Chelsea? Maybe? Certainly I support them through thick and thin. Enjoy the banter and lighten up.

19 Jul 2017 13:35:58
G8: I and many others get frustrated with numerous posts on here as you obviously do but it is a banter page for everyone good, bad or plain ugly and that means people will complain about the players and club and express their frustrations and it would be extremely boring if everyone said the same thing. I have supported Chelsea since 1955 and few on here would have been through the highs and lows that I have supporting the club and your ending, Enjoy the banter and lighten up, is exactly what I was asking you to do.

Conte signing a new deal is the best bit of business we will do all window. Whatever happens after this I'm ok with knowing Antonio will be at the helm.

Bit strange we didn't extend the deal though I'm happy that it'll calm some people down.

Eds is aubameyang staying at Dortmund like reported, if so does that leave belotti or morata? Any update would be more than welcome.

To be honest Chelsea seem to be keeping their options open regarding a striker. It would have been ideal to have had a striker signed in time for a full pre-season.

We have been linked with Moratta, Belotti, PEA and we have even heard whispers about Aguero and Higuain. However, I can't see Chelsea paying over the odds for a striker nor be held to ransom by a team. I would hate to be backed into a corner a week before the deadline slams shut and we have to resort to Benteke or Llorente. It would not be ideal.

18 Jul 2017 19:17:25
Unfortunately it is supply and demand and with Chelsea openly stating the situation regarding Costa early on it was always going to be pay or go away and every club knows we are getting into a precarious position as the season gets closer.

I am sure we will not make do but we will pay the demanded price I am sure whoever we want. As you say, ideally all the main players ex-Hazard would be in situ and off for the friendly matches which are all tough games.

Does anyone knows what is Hazard's condition? Has he started light training yet?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

I believe there was a video of him doing some light treadmill running, I can only imagine he'll begin light training in the very near future.

Sky sources are reporting that PEA won't be this summer.
This is good news to me. I don't want him at Chelsea. Fingers crossed we can Andrea Belotti.

18 Jul 2017 16:25:37
It will be Morata. It was alwasy go to be him.

You don't want one of the best strikers in the world at Chelsea? Are you mental?

I hope it is Morata and not Belotti. He gives us far more options as a scorer and creator.

18 Jul 2017 15:58:50
Very hard to know what to believe from newspaper talk. Metro (! ) saying Aubameyang staying at Dortmund. So as others perhaps have been doing have been checking odds:bookies also lengthening odds on Aubameyang arrival. Morata favoured go to AC Milan rather than CFC, as is Belotti (but would Milan get/ be able to afford both? ) . Sanchez and Aguero imho would not be sold to us. Benteke (thankfully) more favoured to go to Everton.

So that leaves, um, er, Conte having to make peace with Costa if relationship not completely beyond this possibility? Or will we still get one of MOrata, Belotti or PEA.

Like many, my first choice would be PEA, followed probably by Morata. A Costa back in fold, fit and willing would also be great, if his form of first half of last season.

In the words of the great Bobby Mcferrin Don't worry, Be happy.

Morata will be a Chelsea player by the end of next week.

this striker sitution is doing my head in now. so boring and has been dragged on for ages now.

who ever we buy out of Aubameyang, Morata, Ageuro or Belotti there going to cost around 70mill.
JUST CHOOSE A ONE and buy them! .

if not go for the second option and buy Benteke for 30mill and have no hope of scoring goals!
just put and end to this!

Are you related to Matt Martin? Go to the Doctor and ask for some medication mate. The club know what they are doing. Calm down.

18 Jul 2017 10:48:33
Juat because those have been identified as potential Costa replacements does not mean it is just a matter of money. There are many factors that will influence the outcome, player's will to leave, player's club, fees and more we do not even know from where we are sat. But yes, it is frustrating but that comes from gossip.

Not at all Wheely. I post on here often, always positive and totally supportive of the EDs. I just don't see the point in posting utter B/ S every Day. Calm down and trust the club. Conte knows what is needed and I'm sure the club will do what is neccesary.

the eds do a lot for us providing information in their spare time.

Matt and you are basing your assumptions that Conte will leave on what information? So rubbish journalist who have to sell papers?

Wheely, G8 is one of the good posterd and you should not attack him. As it is exactly opososite why ED have left, its because of constant stupid questions about who and when will join Chelsea.

Going from history of when juve failed him in window he left and I'm assuming he had more commitment to juve than us if only one year and as of yet he has not signed contract extension. what are you basing he will stay on. the paper thin squad and targets missed,

At the end of the day we're all here because we love our club Chelsea. The current striker situation is frustrating, but we will have a new striker sooner or later and in the mean time let's not have digs at one another because we all just want what's best for our team. Chelsea till we die!

You said that people like him made ED leave, which is not true.

Matt trqnsfer window is still open, only target we trully missed was Lukaku. And there are more players we could buy so just enjoy the ride and don't be so stresfull as everyday I see your posts which are ao negative that it looks like we are arsenal or liverpool.

18 Jul 2017 15:47:29
Gents, relax.

Firstly, if we were so into Lukaku we'd have made more of an effort.

Secondly, we're refusing to be held to ransom, which is important but means we are a little slower to do business than we would like to be.

Thirdly, so far, we're doing well. Two very good signings. Big offer for Sandro, potential for Danilo (wis decent by the way. ) And I'm sure we're pushing for a striker (or two), so I'm sure Conte will be happy regardless of what he did at Juve.

Plus Conte cannot leave over strikers after that text message.

Have a little faith and stop bickering.

Champions!

18 Jul 2017 16:59:46
Refusing to be held to ransom. which has hindered us in precious transfer windows. How about Chelsea learn from their previous mistakes and start paying what Clubs want for players rather then offering less. especially when it comes to world class talent.

That's how other clubs get it done, but when it comes to Chelsea, it seems like they make one offer, it gets rejected, then sit around twiddling their thumbs for ages, make another offer, which doesn't meet the expectations of the player club and then the process is repeated.

Agree0 Disagree1

18 Jul 2017 17:44:09
Some other the posts on this thread has made me laugh. Tbh chelsea not being held to ransom is all good and well but the board must take into consideration how it hinders the club going forward when they decide not to be held to ransom.

We are most succesfull English club of last 10 years and some. of you guys sound like we are supporting Liverpool.

Its not how much you spend on player its how well he suit your team (we have spent loads and burned (torres, shevchenko) and have spent little and got great players (hazard, kante, azpi) . I am not saying that we shouldn't spend big sums, I am saying that we should trust the club as they know what they doing.
