Tell the youngsters at the start of the season that they will be playing in EVERY round of the League and FA cups.

Go 4-3-3. Two box to box mids either side of Cesc preferably Milinkovic-Savic, RLC, Kovacic or Van Ginkel. Sign a left footed winger I. e Leon Bailey. Preferably an experienced head next to Christensen, I’d love Alderweireld. And Oblak to replace T-Bo who just talks way to much for me.

The manager whoever it is has the power of veto over anyone the club is pursuing. He should be able to construct a team around players he respects and/ or wants to work with, not players a scout or a. n. other think would be a bargain.
