Slightly off the Chelsea subject.
Who does everybody think & hopes to win the World cup. I'm going with I think Brazil & Hope Belgium, mainly because of our connection's with those sides. Sorry to say England are useless & play the most boring football.
Your prediction's.
U mean u hope England but yes I agree we won't win.
I'm rooting for Germany and Belgium at the World Cup, and I wouldn't be mad at Brazil winning. Belgium because I'm Belgian (I feel like I'm obligated to support my own country), Germany because they have the most fun players (I really like the current generation of young German footballers) and Brazil because of the Chelsea connection and they're the host country.
Same Germany, Belgium and I wouldn't mind if Brazil won.
Whatever team that has most Chelsea players in or players were linked with be ones I'll be watching and rooting for
There are four NTs which may win WC 1.Brazil 2.Spain 3.Germany
4.Argentina. Those 4 teams are truly stronger than others.
Personally I prefer Spain.
As long as boring Spain or England (im irish) don't win, i'm happy!
I'm going for Brazil n Belgium
but wudnt be surprised if Germany or Argentina win it
I hope its brazil or belgium.
Well firstly ill be hoping for England although I will have a small amount of money on Argentina. would be nice to see Belgium do well.

FFP does not work, unless your barca, Real, Bayern, Manu, Juve or Uefa. It's been set up to suit the old established clubs & keep them where they are. This is because it's been set up for turnover, which come mainly down to support, size of ground etc. What sense does it make to stop clubs spending to much money, then fine them £50 million. Corruption is afoot again at Uefa & the old guard who between them are the clubs in the most amount of debt in their respective national leagues. As they say in politics you couldn't make it up.
{Ed002's Note - It is not as simple as that.}
Really ed02, talk about state the obvious
You're rooting for Belgium instead of your own country & you're going on about nothing that has relevance to Chelsea at all! Who cares about how much other teams get fined worry about your own team & support them & what they do
Situation88 is absolutely right. It's not important how much club spends, what is important how much club earns. Spending has to be covered with income.

It seems that FFP does work. PSG and Man.City excepted fines. They will have to pay 60m€ fine plus they can spend only 60m€ for next two transfer windows combined. Also players and stuff salaries must maintain the same as now for next two seasons. That means they won't be able to spend big money in recent future.
Obviously JM and Chelsea board knew very well what they were and will be doing.
