Personally I think this Costa saga has been well out of proportion and the media want to disrupt us because we're playing well. But if he did leave who would be your choice to replace him?
Personally I see the club going after Lukaku or Morata as i think that's who Conte likes because we do need a target man if Costa leaves. I'd love a Sanchez or Dybala but I'd prefer them to play the inside forward position as that's where they'd be best.
Lukaku I feel would definately want to come back especially with champions league football. If his first touch and work rate wasn't so poor I'd love him back but I don't think he's improved since he left he relies on his brute strength and left foot for goals.
One player who seems to be getting attention is Andrea Bellotti of Torino. Personally I haven't seen him play but from what I've heard he's got a very good all round game. And if his link up is decent then that bodes well for Hazard, Pedro and Willian.

Fantastic player Aubameyang but his hearts set on Madrid he'd just be another one of them who didn't love the club.

Lukaku seems to be very similar to Batshuayi who doesn't seem to fit into Contes plans and has a horrible first touch. Morata could potentially be a decent option but he's never been prolific and I'm not sure he's worth the sort of figures Real would ask for. Bellotti I haven't seen much of but his reviews are good however he's only recently started to perform consistently so would be a bit vary about going for him.
Each of my preferred options all have their own problems or difficulties but there aren't many options out there who are just as good as Costa. So my preferences would be: Dybala, Griezmann, Aubameyang, Icardi, Lewandowski or maybe Sanchez. Alternatively we could monitor the situation at Barcelona as I believe they're struggling to afford all 3 of their strikers and will possibly be open to selling one of them in the summer.
