Quick analysis of today's game.

Generally very good but the 2nd half was timid.

Willian - Man of the match.

Pedro - Very good.

Giroud- Very good.

Emmerson - Great Debut. Likes to run with the ball, good interceptions and started many counter attacks.

Ampadu - Solid

Rudiger - Turning out to be brill.

Solid display, deffinetly have to start with a positive setup against Barcelona and I would suggest 343.

I think the above selection is the most likely outcome for Tuesday. Alonso is likely to be out. Too early for Emmerson despite having a good game today.

It's the midfield where the big decision has to be made. Not sure I would start with fabregas but there again what are the alternatives. I assume Luiz won't be fit, unless he is bold and puts Ampadu alongside Kante, but can't see that happening.

You can’t play Cesc in a two man mid against Barcelona we’ll get battered. It’s got to be Luiz and Kante for me. And just stick Emerson as a natural LWB he’s got some confidence so let him carry on.

Willian is having fun out there ain't he. People will say its only hull but that's irrelevant, games like this is good for our players confidence. Just what we needed was a good hammering of a team.
