What's your view on Eden Hazard and Courtois? Do you think they are as good as people think they are or a bit overrated? And also is it time for the club to cash in on the pair?

Hazard has a habit of disappearing in games, but on his day he is unplayable. Maybe if we were more attack minded he would flourish. Courtois I wouldn't miss. He is a decent shot stopper, but he's very flappy on crosses. He really doesn't fill me with confidence.

Maybe Ancelotti with Morris assistant for a year or 2 could work really well.

Courtois is in my top 3 goal keepers on the world While Hazard is in my top 4 footballers in the world. They are not over rated, they are very very very good players.

There's a brand of football that Chelsea will play and you will see how good Hazard can be, I think he hasn't played to his fullest potential at Chelsea. For me Hazard is my best player in EPL.

Courtois for me is just behind De Gea.

Hazard is undoubtedly world class on his day I for one would not sell him in a million years we can’t moan about not signing world class players then go and sell one of the only ones we have. That being said, I read someone put he’s in the top 4 players in the world and the best in the premier league. NO he’s not! How many players is they hitting 30,40 plus goals a season? Hazard ain’t even hitting 20. Courtois has age on his side and plenty of time to improve even more but the second best keeper in the world? Don’t think he’s done enough to justify that tbh.

Like I said, by my own rating, I see Hazard as the best player in the EPL. I will pick him ahead of any other EPL player if I given the opportunity to choose.

World class players have consistency, without it hazard is a level below, but I agree our football doesn’t suit him. Handy keep ball so when we do we expect him to do something special, salah for example missed most clear cut chances this year but because the football they play they make alt of chances for those type players so nobody talks about the 1/ 2 he misses but ones he scores,

Yeah, world class players do it week in week out, not every other season or 2 games here and 3 games there and then kissing in big games etc, but I will repeat our style doesn’t get best out of him. I will say that,

Blinky, you criticise Hazard for not scoring 20 goals a season - I wonder how many he would score if Mane and Firmino were his strike partners or Sane and Aguero? Or if he played under Guardiola (or any manager that believed in attack over defence)?

From that your (Matt Martin) definition of a world class player- there may be only two world class players in the world which is Ronaldo and Messi.
