For me David Luiz shown us tonight that he is made for a more advanced role. He loves to get forward when he can and score goals, his technical ability is second to none and some of his through balls are outstanding. I feel he is totally waisted at centre back and has holding midfielder written all over him. But thats just my opinion, whats yours?

Believable7 Unbelievable4

Wait there let me get this straight, his technical ability is second to none

Agree2 Disagree1

Ok let me re-phraze that for the smart asses and no it alls we have out there. His technical ability is probably the best I've seen in a long time for a player that plays in his position. That better?

Agree6 Disagree0

Yes Luiz in DM role could be awesome

IMO sturridge and mata were excellent to da and so happy to see Luiz back dont no how he gets away with the things he does but a superb finish and two assists from Torres, and also great to see bAllack back at the bridge a legend IMHO and one got any thoughs on performance tonight ED? {Ed002's Note - I thought most players did pretty well.}

Two great assists from Torres a very good performance in my opinion just needed a goal to really finish the night off

Believable5 Unbelievable4

Good that he got two assists but people are still going to be on his back if he doesn't get a goal.

All I can say is well done Torres for having the bottle to stat where we all know our problem lies, Chelsea must speed up there play rapidly. Formation should be as follows

*************Cech*************

*Bosingwa***Luiz**Terry******Cole

*******Ramires***Merieles*******

*************Mata*************

*Anelka******Torres*****Sturridge*

No holding midfield player why do we need one? Ideally would like to see sturridge on the right and Neymar on left of attack

Believable3 Unbelievable2

Mikel was brilliant for us last night! holding wen we play away only i say.

Agree3 Disagree2

Mikel is rubbish so is malouda and bosingwa the three weak links in the team get rid and win the league

Agree2 Disagree1

Torres has to go too

If Torres can be dropped for under performing then why cant Lampard? ppl continue to say were slow in midfield yet Avb still persists with Lampard week in week out. Why not try a midfield 3of Meireles, Ramires and Mata in a free role just behind a front 3of Sturridge, Torres and Anelka? Torres is struggling for goals ude think Lampard would step down from takin our penalties and give him a shot at regaining some form n confidence. To many chiefs and not enuff indians at Chelsea and it seriously needs to be addressed!

Believable5 Unbelievable0

You cannot stop our best penalty taker from taking penalties just so we can get our striker scoring again! Ridiculous suggestion. Frank Lampard is one of the best penalty takers ever (his record shows that), so taking him off penalties would be stupid.

Agree3 Disagree1

Actually his penalty misses in the last 3 years is a massive concern.

Agree3 Disagree1

An out of form Lampard?! he was fantastic against sunderland. And as for Torres, I personally think the original reason for him being benched was to rest him for tonight and man u, but because it's torres its been made into something else! He will thrive in the system if we play how we did against sunderland no doubt about it!

Agree2 Disagree0

Doesn't make much sense to change things around just to suit Torres.

Agree3 Disagree2

Frank lebouf was better

Why did we sign Torres when Aguero was there for so much less, he's been here 4 games and already bagged more than nando will this season

Believable7 Unbelievable4

We will be lucky to get 20mil for Torres by the end of the season. Liverpool please come and take him back.

Agree7 Disagree5

Go away the pair of you. Torres will come good, and on top form hes the best striker in the world, aguero et al

Agree5 Disagree4

Torres best striker in world,haha

Agree7 Disagree1

Best transfer in EPL history, Fernando Torres Chelsea's Number 9
