3-1 win but flat and very slow in building attacks. Really frustrating. Once we go up we should kill games. On a positive, cahill should remain dropped. On the ball rudiger is awesome, to break teams you need ball playing defenders.

We did kill the game at 3-0. Huddersfield offered nothing until the last few minutes and it was clear our players wanted to reserve energy for the upcoming fixtures. Especially now when games are very conjested you don't want to overwork yourself in games that are already won. We've definitely had problems killing off games but this wasn't one of them. I agree Rudiger should be starting, today was easily our best defensive line up.

I agree with you mate. But i just felt we struggled to cut the team open with precise passing. Our goals came from a mistake and two crosses effectively. But cahill should remain dropped. On the ball he offers nothing.

My point is that Lemar looks a nice, tidy player but I don't think he's ever going to set the World alight - and should we be paying that extortionate amount for a half-decent player? I would rather we spend £120m plus for a few players of real and proven quality (Kane, Bale, Griesmann, Verratti, Alli, Isco - not all of them obviously but players of that calibre) - and fill the squad with our own youth players.
