I think if we can sell Oscar for the reported £42.5m and buy Barkley for £25m then I would take this deal all day long personally.

Why would we need to sell Oscar he's class and can only get better . We are not a selling club. I agree barley would be a great addition but not of the expense of selling Oscar.
