Nice to grind out a result, not that we were under pressure but they defended all game and we didn't okay great so makes nice change to play bad and win, drog and Torres up top with mata behind and Essien lamps Ramires in middle v Napoli

We played poorly ,but we won.Need to do something about the midfield .Kalou and Ramires were poor.If we are to win against Napoli,we should play both Torres and Drogba with Mata in the hole.

Where are the muppet Liverpool fans! They go so quite when they lose! This is the worst Chelsea I've seen ever BUT still above them bin dippers by a good few points! Keep going on bout torres on how much we paid but pls remember who YOU brought with that money!

We played badly and paid for it. Chelsea played badly against 10 men and got lucky. Swings and roundabouts really but I understand your joy at winning a game after the AVB debacle. I guess we both need to rebuild and improve on this season and both clubs will be using Abramovich's money to do it (you can have Poulsen for 25m this summer);)

Coz, bite the bullet about torres, we are at a stage where it no longer matters who scores if we get a result. You however are 2 points away from being 8th, in absolute shambles and every player you bought last year has done NOTHING. You are no longer a club people fear, great history but absolutely shocking future. And as all Liverpool supporters have been claiming you have deserved to win games you lost and are so unlucky infront of goal. ONE SHOT ON TARGET.

We do keep bleating on about the Champions League because we've won it 5 times, FT9. You have permission to bleat about it when you win it too but you'll need to get a new striker first. Hey, there's a young lad coming up in our reserves who plays up front. He's not very good since his injury and he hasn't scored in 20 games but he speaks some Spanish - sounds like your kind of player - how's 50m sound? :)

It did the job saved mata half a game of energy for napoli. essien a whole game. bit of a gamble but it will do, napoli played friday so a day advantage so was worth doing.
