Rues has signed a new deal with Dortmund!
Why? They are near to regulated group now. Recently just archived one win in 2015. Maybe their form will improve but There is a sure thing that next year they won't be in the Champion League. I don't think he want to sit back and enjoy the Cup on television. Of course I don't want him to wear Real Madrid jersey but staying in BD for easy life is even worse. Imo, he really belongs to bigger stage.

Believe it or not but players Ike Reus make me believe there is still such a thing as loyalty in the beautiful game. Even if he does end up leaving the fact he has signed a new deal with them at a time they are on a low shows something Nd could really pick then up. Madrid love the shiniest things and if they do get Reus it might not be as low as it was suppose to be so either way he has done Bvb good, fair play to him a really good team that raise a lot of young players and give them a chance deserve a little loyalty I say.

Maybe Madrid and Chelsea don't want him due to injury concerns

There's obviously pretty big reason stopping Madrid and Chelsea moving for him. I doubt it has too much to do with loyalty.
Time to move on.
