For the love of god if its true we ant going to buy a striker in January then kiss goodbye to the title or even possibly top 4! Its a major issue that needs addressing asap not the summer. Why do we do things the hard way

There reports from many sources that Chelsea will not look to sign a striker in the January tranfer window. I hope he's not serious because we really one and a big one @ that if we are to keep pace wit other big teams this season.
Totally agree with you. Jackson Martinez would be my choice he looks class in all competitions he's in the peak of his career and would be a lot cheaper than Falcao or Suarez. A young fast strong centre back is needed too. Zouma would be my choice seen as he's available for about 10 million aswell. Hoping Martinez and Zouma moves could be funded by a couple of sales (Mata & Ba). Think Luiz need to be played CDM again he's never had a bad game there and has all the technical ability to succeed.
Porto isn't going to sell Martinez in January.

Haven't written anything on here for a while but with the January transfer window fast approaching here is what I think.
The two most urgent needs are at CB and CM, the goals we have conceded in the last three games have showcased this! As far as a CB is concerned I think Zouma is a great option; especially for the price quoted in the press.
CM is more difficult! Pogba would be my, and I'm guessing a lot of other peoples, first choice. But Juventus are under no pressure to sell, certainly not in January; even in the summer you're looking at 30 million plus. Has Matuidi signed a new contract at PSG yet? He'd be a good option,
Much better option alongside Ramires than what we already have!
I agree with you on Zouma but I think CM wouldn't be as much of a problem if we played Luiz there. It's his best position and has all the technical abilities to play there. Mourinho needs to swallow his pride because I think the real reason he hasn't played him there is because it was benitez's idea.
