Will Christain Astu be given the chance with the rest of the Chelsea squrad next season or another loan deal looks likely.
What Strikers are Chelsea still monitoring?
{Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed as far as strikers are concerned. Atsu will return in the summer to be assessed and will probably go on loan again - perhaps with him or Hazard going to Everton.}

THought again that Traore looks a real prospect, imho better than Kennedy. Loftus-Cheek off the pace today, but clearly needs to start more games. Perhaps he will v City in the Cup.

what strange memories people have. We string a few reasonable results together and all is forgiven. Yesterday we beat an appalling team very well and what was interesting was in the first half we attacked very quickly and did look like our old selves but for periods in the second half we slipped back into tippy tap passing with their defence in front of us. I am NOT a Pedro fan and feel it was a waste of money but that was his best performance for us albeit against poor defending and he took his first goal beautifully. Ivanovic looks far more comfortable in the middle and it frees Azi up for the right but Rahman is not our answer on the left, another waste of money. I think Hazard is just a shadow of last season and he obviously is struggling to impress Hiddink or he would not have so much bench time. The next transfer season will be very interesting from our perspective as Hiddink indicated.

Falcao would probably like to sign for Chelsea, but much more important is does Chelsea want to sign Falcao.

Watching Christian Atsu play for Ghana was a big plus for team Chelsea. But I must admit his final delivery are not the best.
Is there possibility that Chelsea will break the bank for another.
1.) Atsu isn't physically strong enough, excellent technique, fast but to short and simply not strong enough. Very good for some other league where game is less physical but to weak for PL.

{Ed002's Note - "Monitoring" is not the best word. Chelsea remain interested in the same strikers that we have discussed - but availability and price will always be a consideration. Atsu will return in the summer and will be looked at then - I would doubt though.}

I think it is time for Chelsea to sell Atsu permanently after unsuccessful loan spells with exception of his days in Holland.

I watched him play this weekend against Juventus and he was fantastic. The only problem is that Lazio seems to be playing 352 formation, whilst Chelsea are now playing 4141 or 424 formation.
